We really enjoyed our stay here no doubt about it. The hostel was very clean and the onsen was just lovely. Private room was also nice and inexpensive. However if you have difficulty sleeping like I do please be advised that the walls are very thin! There are earplugs on sale at the hostel please bring eyemask! Also be prepared for lots of loud noises from 8am! Staff literally shouting and using the vacuum cleaner. So if you want to relax until check out I don't think this is the place. We enjoyed the owner singing to us as we left very nice touch

ペット同伴可、温泉付き、９名での宿泊可ということで初めて利用しました。 不安もありましたが、到着時には沢山ある各部屋は既に暖く、脱衣場も暖めてあったのが嬉しかったです。お布団も人数分敷いてくださってて、何度も温泉に入って、おかげで家族でゆっくりのんびりできました。カードゲームやギターなど遊びきれないほどで時間が足りないくらい。夜は外食で済ませましたが、季節が良ければBBQも良さそうです。みんな大喜びです。選んで良かったです。 今回は1泊でしたが2泊して湯布院をもっと楽しみたかったです。また利用させていただきます！ ありがとうございました！

Book a plan to use the room on a day trip between the check-out and the inn as a heat stroke countermeasure. When I put the car in the parking lot, the staff in the rain came to pick me up to the car with an umbrella, and I felt very grateful. In the room, there was a large rock bath and a rock bath for one person to stretch their legs. The inner bath was not boiling or hot water, but the washroom was equipped with ２ kinds of shampoo treatment. The hot water is hot in summer, but it was healed by a short day trip bath. The old private room had a dining space other than the Japanese room, where I had lunch. I had a sense of security because I was politely wiping the table once before the meal. ４ soft steak for various appetizers. It was a beautiful lunch, a little bit of a elegant amount to eat during the inn rice. The marigold of charcoal-grilled coffee ordered separately from dessert soy milk pudding was also the best.

A few years ago, I saw a view of a yellow train passing through a lush countryside. That might have been the place I've always dreamed of.After a few years, I came back to this place and started a vacation rental space with hot springs. Surrounded by a leisurely countryside and a magnificent and beautiful mountain.Sometimes I show my guests around, to see the morning fog of Lake Kinrin and the thick clouds on the mountainside of Mt. Yufu.In the evening, I will start a fire and enjoy relaxing music and the smell of meat.Every night, I will have the nature hot spring be ready. Coming from the volcanic magma, watching the steam rises and a slight sulfur scent drifts up.Different languages, different skin colors, and guests are from all over the world. We talk and drink at the bar. I even have had a toast with all the guests which is from seven different countries.I love to listen. Guests tell stories about their lives; I am always inspired by their interesting stories like their adventurers and all the other things that they have experienced.Some family choose to celebrate birthdays in this guest house, some may travel alone here.This guest house is also popular with children. The reason is that it is close to the African Safari Park where you can interact with various animals.Every day you may feel what "once-in-a-lifetime meeting" exactly means here. And you know how you should cherish them.Here is a place full of a lot memories , and I hope your memories will be here someday

we are group of 3 adults 2 kids and 1 baby. The hotel is clean, and utensils for cooking are useful. We were able to cook for our own dinner. laundry area with a heating exhaust fan is good for drying clothes over the night. The only thing is the stairs is a bit dangerous for babies and young kids as they are quite steep. Otherwise our stay had been perfect.

Private hotel, a little bit away from the station, the station is 700 yen by taxi. The host is a couple who communicate in English politely and enthusiastically, and the room they gave was not bad. In the courtyard on the first floor, there is a bathing pond shared by the whole house, and mountains in the distance can be seen in the courtyard. The room facilities are simple and there is no elevator on the second floor. The beds are quite comfortable and you need to bring your own toiletries. The hotel is very close to Lake Kinrin. If you walk around early in the morning, you can see the white smoke on the surface of the lake. Although the breakfast arranged back is simple bread, juice and custard, it is convenient and free. After eating, went to Yuzhiping, a very nice Japanese town.

Because this is a family trip, I chose this hotel, the place is very big! The check in process was ”smart check-in”, where guests receive the passcode to the room via email. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any email (not in junk/spam either), and was stuck outside the room, trying to call a call center that had already closed for the day. There was also no reply to the email I had sent via the Trip app. In the end, I had to ask the guest staying in another room for the phone number of the person directly in-charge of the facility, so that I could call them to get the password and check-in code. The facility exceeded my expectations, but the check-in process due to the missing email was too stressful and unpleasant. I may use the facility again, but I will book it through another app to prevent such problems again.
