We booked the triple room and it was little tight to move around, but doable. The location was great right by causeway bay and in the middle of everything. Beds were comfortable and staff very helpful. I would stay again for sure. Note it’s on the 3rd floor of the building a little tricky to find.

You get what you pay for, and the price/performance ratio is normal and acceptable. Remember to pre-purchase if you don’t have a bottle of water. The sanitation situation is difficult to describe, but the price is normal and acceptable. The introduction of the store has stated that it is a 2-star hotel and paid $400. It is suitable for people who need to stay for a short time. Single occupancy. The attitude is very good, the 24-hour self-service password check-in, if you have any questions, you can WhatsApp the store.

The service staff has a good service attitude and is serious and responsible. The room is clean and worth staying. The surrounding environment is clean and safe, and food, accommodation and transportation are very convenient. It is very close to Causeway Bay Times Square, Emperor Jewellery, Chow Sang Sang and other major brand stores. Shopping is convenient.

Unexpectedly, there are ”flat and beautiful” hotels in Causeway Bay. The facilities are complete, the cleanliness is very good, and the management is fresh. The only trouble is to go out and walk a few steps to the toilet. The toilet is very clean, and the floor-to-ceiling glass itself should be good. Open it, it was written in the introduction. After a lot of research, I couldn’t open it, so I gave up! But looking at the sea view makes people feel so comfortable and relaxed, and it is a unique scene when it rains that day.

Perfect for us. Very small room, comfy bed (albeit a bit small), small bathroom but it was perfect and what you’d expect for Hong Kong and very reasonably priced. We would stay again, no doubt! Easy check in (once we found the place), it could be quite easy to miss from the Main Street but the instructions are very clear and easy to follow.

It is not a typical hotel, more like a remodeled flat with several rooms on the second floor of a residential building. The only entrance is a go up staircase and you go to your room through a narrow passage. The size of my room is pretty good in compare to other Hong Kong hotels and they remodeled the entire place less than a year ago. The room looks very clean and organized in such a way that you get all you need within a limited space. The location is also very good , close to airport bus stops and to all transportation. There are many eateries and stores in this area. The staff is very friendly, I would recommend it to travelers with light luggage and short stays.

Well if you want to stay in a hostel in the downtown Kowloon area, I do not think you can do better than here. It’s well run and the staff are incredibly hard-working and welcoming. The room was clean, the air con good. I was very happy staying here. Thanks to the staff: Linda, Max. Great arrival and check in experience. It was all great. The location is excellent, in the heart of Kowloon on the main street. It’s really difficult to find the entrance to the hotel and the reception. It is located inside a large house in section D, on the 16th floor. Friendly receptionist, ready to help with everything you need. But the cleanliness of the rooms was disappointing. There were half-smoked cigarettes in the room, a lump of someone's hair, and there was no second sheet to cover ourselves with. I couldn't imagine this in a hotel for $70

In a place like Hong Kong, where land is at a premium, it is enough for one person to live in such a room. The hotel is located in Chungking Mansions. The staff is relatively complicated, with people from various countries, but it is still relatively friendly. The elevator does operate with odd and even numbers. When there are many people, you need to queue up and can only take 6 people. I did see a mouse in the corridor, but I thought it was normal. The sheets were indeed not particularly clean and there were indeed cockroaches in the room. Chungking Mansions is a bit old. It is normal that the environmental sanitation is not very good. I understand. But the only thing worthy of recognition is that the location here is very good, the transportation is very convenient, it is also close to Tsim Sha Tsui Pier, and the bus and MTR are downstairs. The hotel service staff are pretty good, the Indians are quite friendly. But it is not recommended for a girl to stay alone. There is also food in Chungking Mansions, mostly Indian food and curry rice, but there is no service charge, which is quite affordable. I still recommend accommodation in Chungking Mansions, which is much cheaper than other places. If your requirements for hygiene and environment are not particularly high, you can consider it.

Located in a busy spot in Tsim Sha Tsui. Check went by smoothly. First day went by okay. Second day, they had someone replace the toilet tank and didn't bother to finish installing it back in, the same night, water would leak into the bedroom a few hours after showering. The following 2 days there was a storm and basically no one would be able to install the toilet tank back in... it kept going on after I checked out. Ended up having to stay at my friend's place and just left some of my things in the hotel just as a storage for a few days.

#positive #I was happy with the Convenience of Transport, Toiletries, Soundproofing, Value for Money, Bed Comfort Level, Nearby Activities; I thought that the cheaper hotels in Hong Kong would be small and crowded, and I was mentally prepared, but I didn’t expect this hotel to make me feel very comfortable. The lady at the front desk (I don’t know if it’s the proprietress~) is super nice and can speak Mandarin Well done, very patient, has been leading us to the room, said some notes. A hotel at this price in Hong Kong is really cost-effective. There are bus stops and subway stations downstairs, which is really super convenient.

I have been to Hong Kong many times, but I have not been there in the past few years due to the epidemic. This time I went as a family of three. First of all, I have stayed in many hotels and never wanted to take the initiative to evaluate them. This is the first time. The room is not big. This is a characteristic of Hong Kong, where every inch of land is at a premium. When I first arrived, I was a little uneasy because it was in a residential building. After entering, I felt much better. The floor and beds were very clean, and there was no smell. Even the toilets were clean. It's clean and it's really good value for money. The boss is also very hospitable. I originally booked a room for one day, but then I decided to book an extra day. It's really worth recommending. I will choose her room next time I come to Hong Kong.

This is one of the hardest places to review. Lots of good AND lots of bad. The good: the price (it’s still very expensive by mainland standards, but a good deal by HK standards). The location — amazing and so convenient. Literally steps away from Tsim Sha Tsui metro station! The service — the woman who appears to own the hotel as well as the cleaning ladies were all very helpful and offered great service. The room offered no major cleanliness red flags and although small, was big enough to not feel too cramped and had decent storage space. The bad: The bathroom had absolutely zero dry wet separation (I recognize this is normal among budget hotels in Asia, but still falls into the bad category). There was a man who worked there who — although he was nice to me — screamed at a customer who locked herself in her room and even kicked on her door aggressively. This was very unsettling. Also — my room had a very crappy curtain shade, with a window facing the hallway, making me feel like I was in a hospital room. The light in the hallway is on 24/7 so the room was always quite bright even at night. This severely disrupted my sleep schedule. There was always a weird smell in the room (hard to describe) but it wasn’t that bad. Due to how humid it was, the bedsheets always felt slightly wet, even if freshly changed, and I saw a few bugs in the room but not that concerning. The laundry machines were convenient to use overall but the clothes had a slight weird smell after using it. There were always people in the area making noises and kids running around, including one naked. It was difficult to speak to the staff without speaking Mandarin Chinese. Also, just to note that this is not a typical hotel, it is like a bunch of small apartments with a common space within a floor of a big building. A very strange and liminal space. I have to say, I both love and hate this place. It may be one of the most liminal spaces in Hong Kong.

It is relatively close to Kennedy Town. There are free shuttle buses from Friday to Sunday. You can ask the housekeeper in advance. It was a typhoon day when I went there. The housekeeper will inform you of the weather in advance. In special weather conditions, he will proactively inform you whether the bus will depart on time. If the bus breaks down, he will also be responsible to pick you up at the station, which is really good. The scenery on the mountain is really beautiful, with endless sea views and HK at night, which is superb. Unfortunately, the weather is bad and I didn’t see the sunrise or sunset. Of course, this is a youth hostel, which is a normal youth hostel accommodation condition~ Call for the invincible scenery

My friend enjoyed her stay in this hotel even though she had trouble communicating with the owner for check in at first. She arrived around 2-3am and no reception available when she called the contact number posted outside the main door, they had a bit misunderstanding because the owner can’t speak and understand English so well. Must have whatsapp or wechat app to communicate with them because on that app they will send you the pw and details of the designated room for the guest. Thanks

The day before, I stayed in a single room for more than 200 yuan, and the room was too closed. Today, I changed to a double bed room for more than 300 yuan. It is suitable for one person, but it would be a bit crowded for two people. After all, it is in Hong Kong. It is very cost-effective to stay in such a room for more than 300 yuan! Advantages are as follows: 1. Convenient transportation. The hotel is located near Jordan Station. Exit from Exit B1, go to the right after passing the newsstand and walk two streets. It is very free to travel! 2. The boss lady has a good service attitude, thumbs up. 3. There is access control: I think this is more important. Some hotels are cheap, but all kinds of people can enter, all kinds of people, and I always murmur in my heart. This hotel has access control and security guards, which is very good! 4. The hotel comes with an adapter, which is very convenient Disadvantages: 1. The quilt is old and the texture is not very good. It will be better if it is cleaned more 2. The air conditioner is very old. The hotel I stayed in the day before also had very old air conditioners. This should be a common phenomenon in this price range. The old air conditioner will be a bit loud, but the most important thing is that it will make the air quality worse and smell very uncomfortable. Find a master to clean it more, or even replace it, and it will be perfect. In general, I think it is a good choice for a budget trip to Hong Kong. Recommended! I didn’t take pictures, that’s it

A great experience. Because hotels in Hong Kong are relatively small, I specially chose a B&B with public areas. The store has its own small world on the roof, open-air, with a great view. There are many sofas and lounge chairs, and small decorative lights. The atmosphere is very good. , I came back to the top floor in the evening to drink sake and chat, it was great~ Facilities: The room is small but clean and tidy. We booked the exquisite room for the much needed space and because we are a family of 2A2C. It has a superb view of TST’s Nathan road and Haiphong Road. Heres what it consists: - 2 queen sized bed - bath amenities (replenished anytime you need them) - toothbrush set (for kids too!) - bedroom slippers for all guests - bottled water provided daily for all guests - room cleaned and bed made daily - toilet is a little small but expected as HK rooms are small to begin! - bed is a little hard to sleep but probably cos we are tired, we still slept pretty okay. Took us awhile to locate the hostel as it’s not as prominent as hotels around. The check in counter is at another building from where our room is. Location of hostel is super conveniently located right outside TST exit A2. Lady boss is super duper friendly and helped us with any queries we have regarding traveling around HK. She even bought packets of little treats for my kids to eat! Last day of our stay, we checked out and left our luggages at the counter, came back at night to collect them, couldn’t find our way to take the A21 bus. Lady boss got her friendly staff to bring us to the bus stop and provided us with water. 🥹 Never regretted choosing them for our stay and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a convenient location, especially if you have kids!

Hotels in Hong Kong were too expensive, so the next best option was to book a guesthouse. Both the entrance and private rooms had door locks, so it was safe. It was about a 5-minute walk from Jordan Station, so it was very convenient for traveling. I took bus A21 from the airport and got off at Jordan Station, and the location was great as the accommodation was right in front. The size of the accommodation itself is small, so even if it is a double room, it would be a bit narrow for two people. But it was cozy and nice enough to use alone. Basic amenities include disposable towels, toothpaste, toothbrush, and water. Body wash and shampoo are provided as all-in-one soaps, so it's a good idea to bring things to wash separately. It felt good to be able to communicate with the host through WeChat or Line, and to hear that there were no inconveniences or to let me know that I could come for a welcome drink at a convenient time :) I thought they didn't do any special cleaning, but I was surprised to see that they had cleaned everything when I returned the next day. After cleaning, they provided me with 2 additional bottles of water and disposable towels, so I was able to travel to Hong Kong comfortably for 3 days and 2 nights. Next time I travel to Hong Kong alone again, I want to use it again without having to go to a hotel.

All amentities were included : showgel, brushes, blowdryer, mini fridge, tea kettle n all(even washing service). The wall plugs were the traveller-friendly type w/ usb charger in them, one can just plug-in all your phone devices n electronic gadgets in them and start charging. The air conditioning and the cleaniness made the room felt comfortable cozy inside. The atmosphere is very warm n home-like in this hostel with helpful staffs. They provided free washing service and managed to give back the washed clothes. The doors have two levels (front door, then your room door) and uses digital-number entry(not the swipe card type), cameras are everywhere in hallway, you feel safer inside. Location is just at the heart of the city central from everywhere (main shopping, food, main tourist sites) by foot, just 1min walk right outside the T.S.T main A1 exit, you won't miss it. The owner of this hostel owns also many other hostels in the building, so when arriving two days before our booking (this hostel), we were guided to other hostel (Castle Inn) for the whole stay. The room looked exactly the same, so I bet these hostels are quite similar. We found the owner’s number on the hostel door and after a call he kindly helped us with no delays. Payment was also laid-back, I paid something upon arrival and the rest the next day after changing more local currency. (Last two nights prepaid online, no problem with that) If you book anything from Chungking Mansions, expect very small rooms with backpacker style. Knowing this and comparing the price to the Hong Kong hotel prices, it wasn’t a problem that the room wasn’t too clean and we needed to ask for second toothbrush and a new light bulb. The stay was no luxury but private and convenient. BTW, on the whole Chungking Mansions might seem chaotic and filthty at first glance, but actually it’s a lovely place of cultural encounters to explore if you have an open mind!

The service attitude and level of the front desk receptionist (hostel housekeeper) are beyond imagination (the staff on duty worked overtime until late at night, followed up the whole process after adding WeChat, and did their best to solve the many difficulties before we arrived at the hostel. After arriving, the attitude was humble and polite, showing the excellent youth hostel service spirit and level. It was really impressive! The traveler Qianglie recommended staying at Ngong Ping Davis and gaining a unique experience of the youth hostel! Ngong Ping Davis & Mark, See You next time!

This is a great room! Everything was wonderful. The room is very well equipped and clean. It is located in a very convenient location. There is a metro station and all the necessary shops nearby. For tourists this is a big plus. We had a room with a window and the view was beautiful. The owner is very responsive and kind. She was always in touch and answered all questions very quickly. When I left I forgot my shirt in the room and she kindly offered to mail it to my country. It is very much appreciated! She also kindly explained to us the best way to get to the airport early in the morning. I highly recommend this room in the centre of Hong Kong. You will definitely not regret your time here! Thank you for this pleasant time and your kindness!

Quick check-in, no troubles. I was able to left my laggage because i arrived early. And also simple navigation. The hostel have label in the building entrance. No need for searching. The room has two bunk beds, and transportation is convenient. Mong Kok MTR Station is downstairs, which is convenient for shopping. The room is clean. The building is facing the road. It is noisy at night and the sound insulation of the room is poor.

Great location. Place with many hostels so check the right tower and floor (C, 12F). For check-in wait after you ring the bell as they have more hostels in the building. Small room (typical for HK) but clean, nice and safe. 👍

A budget capsule hostel with shared facilities such as shower and toilet, location is prime (in the middle of TST), as long as you manage your own expectations well (ie. Don’t expect too much from a hostel) this is an adequate budget place to stay in Hong Kong for a few days.
