The B&B is super good, the room is very clean, the host lady is not only beautiful, but also very gentle and kind. She invited us to have tea and snacks as soon as we entered the door. The housekeepers are very kind and responsive. I only booked one night at first, and then I decisively renewed it for two nights. The location is very advantageous, about 8 minutes walk to Xiamen Ferry Terminal and about 10 minutes to Zhongshan Road. There is a vegetable market at the door, which is very convenient for buying vegetables and cooking by yourself. There are many snacks, and the taro crispy duck is really delicious. Nice homestay, great location, friendly front staff. We travelled together as three international students, the price is okay for the room. However, the walls were quite thin, bring earplugs if you don't want to be disturbed in the morning. We had to pay a 100RMB deposit which we got back after we checked out of the room.

The location of this homestay is very good, opposite Gulangyu Island, and the transportation is convenient. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk from the First Wharf, Zhongshan Road and the Eight City. Go to Jimei Xuecun to the opposite road and take the 2 bus stops (Maternity and Child Health Hospital), and transfer to Zhenhai Road Metro Line 1. The boss is very good, no matter what time you arrive, he personally greets you at the intersection, provides Xiamen travel guides, and also sends us his own steamed seafood. The family room for 3 of us lives in a full range of daily necessities. The homestay is basically equipped with what you need, which makes us feel very comfortable during the stay. 很滿意的一次旅行老闆和老闆娘很熱情又是遞水又是搬行李箱，房間不是很大但是很乾凈兩個人住足以，七月份的天氣很熱的空調很給力，床睡着很舒服洗澡水也很足，保潔每天都會給打掃房間放一次性用品，最主要的是每天都會放上兩瓶礦泉水，我愛旅行之前去別的城市住酒店或者民宿都沒有每天給打掃衞生放一次性用品和礦泉水，小小的舉動很暖心，出行方便離八市中山路步行街公交車站地鐵站都很近會推薦給朋友住的如果再去廈門一定還住這裏😊

The lift door is located at a special place which I took some time to find it haha. The best thing is the location its located at the ZhongShanLu pedestrian street where shopping restaurants are all nearby. The lobby is located at level 6 and u can only access to room level with room key which makes me feels much more safer while travelling alone. The staff was super friendly and they even remind you on the weather forecast. The projector is the best thing during my trip it can screen mirroring my phone which entertain me on most of my trip cause I keep staying in hotel ^^.

The hotel lane is just beside the fruit shop. The place is much better than I expected. It has a Zen-like feel, the deco Instagram-able & the whole place is very clean. It was also very quiet when we were there. The famous Zhongsun Road is just behind it. There are many eateries around the place. A convenience mart is a short walk away. The mattress and pillow are comfortable. There is a washing machine in the public area but we didn't use it. The young guy at the reception during the day was very helpful. I went for a room with the hot spring. The room was great - nice and cool in the summer heat and with a balcony. The hot spring bath took a few hours to fill and the temperature wasn't hot - if I stay again, I will see if the flow and heat can be increased - but otherwise, it was fine. Staff very friendly and helpful. The nearby beach is somewhat polluted and noisy - if you walk for 40 minutes or so left (as you hit the beach), you can find quiet beaches. If you turn right, there are walkways and crowded beaches and eventually you get to the night market area (cross over the island ring road), good for snacks and so on.
