MaxS: Wildlife, cultural relics, religious center and natural geological museum. This is how the Xiqiao Shan area could be characterized. Worth to visit, no doubt. The area itself includes many different scenic spots and unique geological formations. Gardens make you feel high thanks to the strong flower smell. Goddess Guanying watching every one climbing steps on the way to her lotus shaped throne is spectacular view. Plan whole day from early morning to the evening. This wonderful journey requires a lot of walking and climbing.

Matt: A lovely walk up Xiqiao mountain through forests and temples that takes a few hours from top to bottom. There is also the option of taking an electric bus most of the way up. Xiqiao Mountain is divided into ten major scenic areas including the Nanhai Guanyin Culture Park, which contains a 66m statue of the goddess Guanyin, Baiyun caves, and Baofeng temple. A must if you visit Foshan.
