Day 1 | Morning
Vigan City
Recommended Length of Stay: 1-4 Hours
Location: Vigan City
Weigan City, an ancient town full of Spanish flavor, is about an hour and a half drive away from Baowei City. It is a good place to visit historical sites. The museums, antique streets and pottery factories there reveal a strong cultural and artistic atmosphere, attracting many tourists to linger here. The famous Antique Street is lined with Spanish-style buildings, and every stone slab on the ground is relatively old, so cars are prohibited from entering. Therefore, the common way to visit the ancient town is to take a horse-drawn carriage. On the way to and from Weigan Ancient Town, you can enjoy the endless cigar fields. Because Laoag is sunny all year round, it is very suitable for growing cigar leaves. At first glance, it has the feeling of the golden triangle, which often attracts tourists to get off the bus.
Reviews from Real Guests:
Floe: "A Journey back in time!" VIGAN, is unique among the Philippine towns because it is the only surviving historic city that dates back to the 16th century Spanish colonial period. As if I was able to go back in the past.. I hope they continue to preserve its architectural design♥️ I also love their food, hope I can stay a little longer. i❤️Vigan! Thank you to the owner of "The Glasshouse Vigan" - Vacation home rental in Bantay, Ilocos Sur. Stayed there for 3days and 2nights. Booking inquiries 09266659596 #airbnb

Day 1 | Afternoon
After finishing the tour at Vigan City, you can head to Sinking Bell Tower, the most worth visiting place around the corner.
Sinking Bell Tower
Recommended Length of Stay: 1-1 Hours
Location: Sinking Bell Tower, Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, Philippines
This clock tower is the landmark of Laoag Paoay City. Because of a major earthquake in 1980, the entire clock tower began to sink year by year. There is only half of the iron gate left at the main entrance of the clock tower, and half of the stairs can be seen when looking in. Since this Spanish building is sinking year by year, tourists who want to go sightseeing should do so early.
Day 1 | Evening
After visiting the glorious Sinking Bell Tower, Sarita Bed and Breakfast nearby is the best place to stay.
Sarita Bed and Breakfast
The Sarita Bed and Breakfast is one of the newest hotels in Laoag, having opened in 2022.
The hotel is conveniently located a short 11km drive from Laoag Airport. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Rizal Amusement Park, Sand Dunes, La Paz and Sinking Bell Tower all nearby.
At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city.
Day 2 | Morning
Paoay Golf Course
Recommended Length of Stay: 1-3 Hours
Location: Laoag City
Located on the banks of Lake Powell, Laoag is the proud golf course. Many tourists who come to Laoag will come to play golf with their clubs for thousands of miles. The 18-hole Baowei Lake Golf Course was the exclusive golf course for President Marcos in the past. In addition to the pleasant scenery of lakes and mountains, it is also designed by the world's Grand Slam master Gary Plana.
Day 2 | Afternoon
Now we come to another great highlight in the city: Abolition of Tobacco Monopoly Monument and Historical Marker.

Day 3 | Morning
St. William‘s Cathedral
Recommended Length of Stay: 1.0-2.0 Hours
Location: Brgy. 14, Laoag City, Ilocos Norte
The Cathedral of St. Williams is located in the city of Laoag, Ilocos Norte, and is the largest church in the Philippines. The church was built in 1612 by Augustinian priests in the Italian Renaissance style. The image of the church is taken from the protector of the city of Lavage, the Holy Williams Friar, and has a unique two-story four-panel appearance. The white building of the cathedral is like a candle on a candelabra, which is shocking enough. Although it is not magnificent, it is also solemn and makes people not marvel at the creativity of the designer.
Day 3 | Afternoon
Now we come to another great highlight in the city: La Paz Sand Dunes.
La Paz Sand Dunes
