My time there was limited but they stuck me on 2 nd floor, it was a overnight room & not looked after, no maintenance done to this room, so l asked for better accommodation which they then gave me a room on 5th floor which was 10 times better, road traffic was a bit much with loud exhaust or no exhaust on cars & motor bikes

Decent priced rooms for the location. They are not expensive compared to its neighbouring hotels that are of a similar quality. The hotel is about 1 year old so it still feels newish. We had a smooth check in and the staff who helped us bring the luggage to our room was so kind and friendly. Easy location to walk to restaurants or to take taxi to get to other places in Nimman. Wouldn't mind staying here again if I come to this area next time. We stayed in building 3 room 209. It's very fast to exit the building from this room.

Location is great. I checked in very late, after midnight and they still have receptionist to serve my check in. Very quick and easy, no need deposit. I stayed here before, but this time when I entered the room it was quite smelly, perhaps from the toilet side. It has all the amenities you need for the stay. Because it’s location at Ninman, do expect heavy traffic jam getting to there hotel and out from hotel.

The hotel itself nearby main road and walking distance to Nimmanhaemin but in the back which is crowded area very dark and scary to walk through the room is big but the bathroom is too small for toilet the facilities is good as standard unfortunately they not 24 hours for front desk and the night my room up stairs very noisy from so one walks a lot .

Clean and well looked after hotel. Only a few things to make the stay nicer - there's no tea or coffee in the room. Water was warm in the shower, not hot enough to have a bath (one of the reasons I booked is for the bath tub)

Good 3-star hotel offers dorms as well as private rooms. Nice amenities inside the building, some cosy chill zones, balcony with atmospheric city view, dining/kitchen area. And free simple breakfast available for all guests. Location is good too for everything that typical tourist may like in Chiang Mai center. One feels as staying in a decent hotel while having a dorm bed.

Located far out of the actual city centre of Chiang Mai but after some further exploring you will find a whole street with restaurants and coffee shops just behind the hotel. The rooms might need some renovations but the room size is great value for the price paid. A lot better than it seems on first impression. Recommend albeit some shortcomings.

Fairly clean hotel that's in a great location. Just 3min motorbike ride to Nimman and right next to a great gym called Muscular Lair. Very affordable so no complaints that service is a little poor.

A place far far away from town and also Mon Jam. I was planning to stay 1 night in Mon Jam actually, however I didn’t noticed the homestay is another mountain from Mon Jam (called Pong Yaeng) which was Trip.com suggested to me when I search for hotels of Mon Jam. I booked it for family trip, we called the Grab to send us to there so that we can check in and drop the bags first. I must to say, the way to get to the homestay was quite thrilling cause the last section of the way were rugged mountain road, luckily the driver was expertly to send us there safely. After we settled down and want to go out to Mon Jam for sightseeing, there were no car to pick us up through Grab cause we were too far away from town. Although the host had help us to ask for the ride, there was no reply too. Even if yes, it cost around 400-500 THB which was very expensive tho. So we were stuck in the homestay to having the peace and silence. Luckily we can still order food from the host when we feeling hungry, having the meal with the mountain view and BBQ+hotpot for dinner were also some good experiences here. Actually the place was quite good and the host was very nice, I’m sure there would be a good place to stay if you are not concerned about the location and looking for some peaceful stay. But I would strongly recommend you to rent a car, motorbike or even a driver, just in case you want to go somewhere else for sightseeing. Or you can go to play or sightseeing before going to the homestay, it’s all up to you😉

This is a hidden gem, the roadtrip is fun and the place is amazing, the view is great. Staff are super friendly and the food is great!

The accommodation has a good atmosphere. The view while eating grilled pork is beautiful. I recommend eating grilled pork at 5 pm. When I went, the weather was very cold, 17 degrees, sitting and eating grilled pork at 5 pm, watching the sunset, the sky is very beautiful. If it's winter, I recommend bringing lots of long-sleeved shirts. Overall, the accommodation is good, the room is beautiful, the room smells good, everything is good, but the price is a bit expensive, but it's worth it. The large grilled pork set is worth it. You can eat it twice and still not finish it.

What I like If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy a peaceful moment, this place is considered to be one of them. With full facilities served in the middle of the mountain, you can pretty much enjoy nature and feel comfortable at the same time. The breakfast was awesome for those who would like to try Asian food. Staff were friendly and helpful. More info about the location The hotel was not easy to access for the fortravelers who don't have cars because the place is on the mountain. However, you could try to ask the hotel for the service, if they have. What I think could be improved When I entered the room, there was no tissue in the toilet and no tea bag at the minibar. But maybe they have many customers to serve on that day.

We like the nature surrounding of the hotel. However, the cleanliness should be improved and some maintenance needs to be done. Overall, we still satisfied :)

Love this hotel, new, clean, medium sized hotel. 3 of us stayed in a good size double story room! It’s only 5-10 mins drive from the city and they offer a great spread for hotel breakfast & my favourite is the mini cafe which they open every morning, even if it’s just to serve 2-3 guests with latte or americano coffee options. Must say they really put heart into the work they do. Every single staff there works hand in hand to provide great service. Will be back!

Very impressed with both the atmosphere and the service. The facilities are complete. Everyone is smiling. The environment is very good. There is a stream next to the accommodation, suitable for relaxation. I recommend it. You must try to stay here and experience something good.

We absolutely loved our stay at Veranda High Resort Chiang Mai. The hotel is about a 30-min drive from Chiang Mai, nestled into a beautiful countryside with rolling hills. We booked the valley deluxe scenery room on the ground floor, which has a calming view of trees and mountains. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with everything you need; the bed is huge. The infinity pool overlooks a mountain with a white temple (worth a visit!). Food (Western and Thai) is delicious and reasonably priced. But what stood out above everything was how friendly the staff is here. We felt really welcome and well looked after. We'll definitely be back!

It feels like living in a big forest. It's very comfortable. There are two kittens. The kittens are very friendly. The breakfast is white breakfast. The coffee machine is always broken. It's very helpless. Haha

Walking into the room, the design and layout of the room are unreasonable and useless. The space in the room is super narrow. Two people are staying in the room. Walking around in the room, either you let me go first or I let you go first. It's difficult to turn around. The exclusive courtyard in front of the guest room is bigger than the guest room. Don't understand? The toilet door and toilet space are very small, the shower room is bigger than the toilet, and the key is that it has no actual function except that it is big. The shower gel is placed in the toilet and you can only take the shower gel into the bathroom. When taking a shower, squat down and press the shower gel? There is no hot water, which is warm water at most. The water temperature is not friendly to girls. The washbasin is so small, and there is no place to put some skin care products and cosmetics. There is no socket next to the kettle for boiling water. I can only take the kettle into the toilet washbasin and plug it in to boil water. Quiet and comfortable, an ideal place to return to nature I recently stayed at this nature resort, and even had lion cubs to pet, it was a very relaxing experience. This resort is located in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the city, surrounded by green mountains and clear waters. It is an accommodation option not to be missed for those who love nature. Environment and atmosphere The resort is surrounded by greenery and the air is fresh. You can hear birds singing in the early morning and fall asleep to the chirping of insects at night. As soon as you walk out of the room, you can see trees, flowers, and even a stream flowing by, as if you are in a paradise. When I got up in the morning, I met a little lion out for a walk. It was such a surprise! Facilities and Rooms The room is decorated mainly with logs and natural elements, which is simple yet warm. There are comfortable seats on the balcony where you can leisurely enjoy the natural scenery. The room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable, making you completely relaxed. First of all, this is indeed a building with a beautiful appearance and well-preserved colonial style, but it really needs to be disenchanted! The location is very remote, 1 hour's drive from the city. There are no facilities nearby, but the hotel's catering is very poor. Among the 5 hotels I have stayed in in Chiang Mai, this one is the worst. The breakfast is hard to describe, the pastry is all limp, the juice has a rancid smell that has been stored for a long time, and the chicken porridge that is praised online is really salty. The only Western restaurant in the hotel is still beautifully decorated, but the food is really terrible! The meal costs 350+ RMB, the quality is worse than airplane food, and the pasta is worse than fast food. Fortunately, I ordered a takeaway kebab from a place near my house. It was cheap and delicious, so I could barely make it through dinner. I booked a basic room type. The interior is a bit basic but acceptable. But the hygienic condition is average, and I don’t want to dwell on the yellow stuff on the back of the pillow. The shower worked fine, but water leaked to the door. The sound insulation is also very poor. You can hear every movement in the old house very clearly. No wonder you have to sign an agreement when you move in. It says that if you don't pay attention to the loud noise three times, you will be evicted. Haha. The service could only be described as superficially polite, but it was also full of embarrassment. When we checked out, the staff asked us stiffly where we were going next and which hotel we were staying in. I asked him what for and he couldn't come back. If you love nature, this place is more suitable than the hotels in the city. There is no noise from the airport, no noisy streets, only the leisurely fields, birds singing and flowers blooming. It is more convenient to go to Doi Inthanon and Doi Suthep than to stay in a hotel in the city. It was Christmas and New Year's Eve when I checked in, and it was particularly difficult to find a chartered car to Doi Inthanon. Unfortunately, it backfired. There is no motorcycle rental anywhere, and the hotel's shuttle bus has limited time slots, so you can't fully enjoy your time due to limited time.
