Boutique motel propably similar to simplicity. Room is okay, but the bed squeaks. Big minus is dirty carpet in walkway that smells moldy. I guess they have never seen a vacuum cleaner. And to avoid disappointment then dont include “breakfast”. Not worth the wait. Not sure who rats wraps for breakfast. Would rather go hungry. Money wasted. Easier to shop in 7eleven or go Amazon. And parking is jammed. Not returning sorry

We stayed here to be close to the airport, so location was not great. Really your quite in trouble if your hungry, so make sure to hit up the surrounding malls before they close at 9pm. Or your only option will be 711 (which isn’t terrible!?) We were reluctant to stay here after a bad experience with B2 Ao Nang. But this one was MUCH better ran!! Cleaner , and the staff was so wonderful! It is a great bang for your buck. Would definitely stay here again. Only wish they had a gym!

We booked a taxi for the airport , no one came , and only the reception was there to help us. At the end the taxi didn’t arrive after more than 20 minutes so we booked through grab. I would stay there again , but just notice that

I stayed at their hostel room only because there was no other option as the island was fully booked. Pools looked nice, the breakfast view was fantastic, staff were nice. The dorm situation was just uncomfortable, as there was zero privacy. The shower/toilet was very tiny. The blanket they give at check-in was very weird and without a sheet, but very clean.

Highly recommended if u plan to do a stop before go to samui

I was placed in a room that overlooked the staff entrance so had the noise of them chatting on breaks and coming and going on their scooters so was a bit noisy. The phone in the room wasn’t connected, so just a prop I guess? The fridge defrosted and stopped working. They replaced this but with a European plug (using my only adaptor). Turns out that the plug port had blown so I had to lose some food and find another socket in the room (could not supply me with a replacement adaptor). The teaspoon was dirty and I had to ask to have a tv provided. The shower wouldn’t work hot. The pressure of the hot water wasn’t enough to keep the valve to feed the shower, open. On arrival I used the “luggage storage” which was just an area where everyone dumped their luggage (open plan next to reception) when I came back to check in, my rucksack wasn’t there. It was erroneously taken with another guests luggage. My passport and cash/cards were enclosed so luckily they managed to locate it. The hotel is a bit dilapidated and needs attention. Overall the staff are great and hard workers, the owner clearly lets the place down.

Room so good but you have to spend the expense for an extra amenities such a one more pillow or toothbrush, however, I’m enjoying during the stay. Breakfast is normal, not wonderful but not bad.

Staff, good service, clean room, located in the city center, convenient to travel, near Makro, spacious parking lot, security guards downstairs, hot drinks and breakfast bread. The room has drinking water, soap, and towels. The room is clean, the air conditioner is cool, and the water pressure is good. The price is economical, overall it's okay.

We stayed at the Samaya Wellness Resort for 7 nights. Initially we had booked for 4 nights but were so impressed by the resort that we extended. The resort is located on a busy street but you cannot hear the traffic once you enter the resort. I’d highly recommend booking a room with a sea view as opposed to a Mountain View as the Mountain View is on the street’s side and you might be bothered by the noise. The room was lovely, with a comfortable bed, large bathroom and a stunning balcony that overlooks one of the pools and the ocean. We were very pleased with the amenities, the service was excellent. A highlight for us was the programs they had on offer including but not limited to yoga classes and sound healing events (free for hotel guests). Alissa, Dmitri and Marco (or Marcus? 😅) facilitated amazing spaces and I’d highly recommend anyone to try out one of their classes! The breakfast buffet was delicious and very popular. However, the restaurant itself is a little on the pricey side so we’d often find restaurants to have dinner at outside of the resort. The location of the resort is great, close to a number of restaurants, a 7/11 and many laundry places. I’d definitely stay here again.

This hotel was very clean and quiet. It's is 15 mins away from the night market and about a 10 min walk to seven eleven. I wouldn't stay here long term because it's not really great anything amazing, but it is good just for a quick transfer. Download the grab app and get a local phone number from the seven eleven to make moving around a lot easier. The hotel itself also offers boat and can transfers to the nearby islands so you don't need to buy it at the airport.

I really enjoyed my 2-week holiday at ibis Samui Bophut. It is located just beach-front. There are a lot of sun loungers by the swimming pools and you can easily access to the lovely sandy beach. Members of staff at the hotel, including receptionists, are always very friendly. I have to say that the size of the room is rather small, but I had everything I needed, such as a safe, a fridge, a small sofa and two bed-side tables. There is a kettle in the room and two bottles of water, tea and coffee are provided every day. There are a lot of local restaurants nearby within an easy walking distance. I even walked and jogged to Fisherman's Village a few times in the evening. So, my stay was very comfortable. A few taxis are always parked just in front of the hotel, waiting for people who need one. Also, there is a taxi service desk / tour desk inside the hotel. They charged 400THB to the airport, which was exactly the same amount that the airport taxi service charged me when I arrived. I was told that booking an airport-run taxi the day before was needed, though.

Not ”bad,:.... But a 3/5 is fair description.... Staff on fone, ignore you.. Walls like paper... To 'ask' for a room to be cleaned.... Hostel, and average..

A perfect staycation! You literally got everything you need in the resort for 3 days of activities and chill - pools , snorkeling, stand up paddle boarding, yoga and more! Best resort experience ever. The exchange of exclusivity is this resort is distance away from the main road and busy districts, but the shuttle service or grab will get you to wherever you want to go ( p.s. transportation is expensive in Koh Samui

My boyfriend and I were surprised by the excellent location of this hotel, this is what we call a Beachfront property. Excellent sea view and a good size pool for leisure. The breakfast was great. They even packed us a breakfast to go during our last stay due to early morning flight. The staff were friendly and willing to help. Of course, there are a few things that need to be looked at, cleanliness of the room, both my boyfriend and I were shocked by the amount of dust and long hair found on the floor and sofa during our check-in day. We immediately highlighted to the staff and the quickly came to clean up the place again, not a good first impression though, but they managed to salvage in time. And the supposedly Smart TV does not connect to the internet at all, highlighted to the staff and they changed a new TV for us. That's excellent service recovery. May we suggest that the rooms to be throughly cleaned before handing over to your next check-in customers, if we have to wait till 2pm to get a room, just make sure cleaned and dust free.

Lovely room with a sea view. Great value for money. Kind and happy staff who were always available to help day or night. Thank-you Zaw for your quick repair in our bathroom! Incredible pool open 24/7. Easy to hail local transport from the bottom of the driveway. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend

We spent a comfortable 4 days here. Breakfast buffet was good but little variation. Rooms a nice size. WiFi was erratic but be patient. A smallish gym but good for a workout. Nice large pool but water gets too warm. The road towards the beach is grubby but only 10 minutes walk. Many bars, restaurants, shops nearby. A 24-hour supermarket across the road at the back. Good value hotel.

I recommend this hotel! Their service is good. I have made a request to put happy birthday banner in our room coz its a surprise for my husband and they made it happen. Thank you 🙏🏻  Somethings for improvement: The internet connection in the room is intermittent. I think the kettle and sofa need replacement/ new upholstery already.  And maybe a bigger tv. Coz the room is big but the tv is tiny. Maybe better options for the breakfast buffet.  But our overall stay with Sarann was great. And yes, I will book it again if we return to Samui.

Great place to stay overnight before taking an early morning ferry to the island 👍 super close to the bus stations, very cheap and surprisingly clean! Please keep in mind that there is no water heater, cold showers only.

This hotel is good for just spending one night and going further along the route, in fact the hotel looks outdated, in my room 402 there were some old dried splashes on the walls and furniture that didn't look very good, the shower room was very small, but this hotel matches the price per night and you can have free coffee at the buffet on the first floor

Staffs generally friendly but the room is old and has bad smell and not very clean.Locations is great, walking distance to food street.

I like the ambiance of the hotel.. the bathtub feels refreshing after a long holiday. I will surely go back to this hotel.

This place on arrival was quite messy with old furniture items in the walkways to the rooms in sections Hot water was hit a miss and outdoor shower was out of order in general items not maintained well I was allocated a room on the third floor however requested a room downstairs and after quite a bit of time it was allocated - the next day I found out they had a lift, so could not understand why on checking in I wasn't told about it, even when stating my reason for changing room was I didn't want to walk up 3 flights of stairs no mention of lift - this would have saved the drama I was not impressed at the beginning and the girl at reception was lovely however stated that she couldn't do much as I was uncertain the hotel was clean given the state of the hotel in parts I saw - the lovely girl call the Manager and was told if I wanted a refund to contact Agoda even though my booking was not with them however - the Manager who was on the phone, refused to speak with me a paying customer - any person who runs a hotel in that position should speak with a customer - this quickly told me why the hotel was poorly run with a Manager who couldn't even try and resolve certain issues I had - I wasn't after a refund, infact I asked to pay for an upgrade but there wasn't one available - that was ok but it's not ok for a Manager to treat a customer like she did - very poor example for her staff The breakfast was nice and if it wasn't for the staff being so nice, it made things nice and hotel was ok

A strange hotel ))) they have two identical courtyards, in one courtyard there are beautiful houses, in the other there are none )) inside it is good - air conditioning, shower, kettle, refrigerator, but outside it is not so good, boring, depressing, although they seem to clean every day, but badly, I did not like it

Beautiful location, lovely beach nearby, party vibe, and a full bar. Bunkbed dormitory style dominant with private rooms that are slightly overpriced. Good option for solo travelers.

We had an amazing stay at Villa ChaCha. Location was excellent, very close to a number of lovely restaurants on the beach. The accommodation itself is about a 2 minute walk to the beach (which was great for swimming!) The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only criticism I have is that our room was not serviced for almost 2 days. After having reminded them, they serviced it 👌The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The massages right on the beach were amazing and well-priced. This part of the island is truly magical. We stayed more in the south of the island after being at Villa ChaCha and it was a complete different vibe with more noise, tourists and crowded beaches. I would recommend Villa ChaCha to anyone who wants a relaxing, quiet getaway.

Convenient location - laundry and supermarkets are within walking distance. Friendly staff. The room was very dark, one small light bulb and a small tinted window. There was no balcony as stated in the room description, although the hotel does have rooms with balconies. Overall I liked it, I would stay again

The Vannee is a 3.5 star hotel but we can’t do half stars here. The hotel lacks details on most ends but overall a decent place to stay. The breakfast was not good for the 2 days of our stay. The true standout aspect of this hotel is the massive pool that expands the length of the grounds. There is a swimup pool bar.

The resort is pretty basic but good enough. Nice swimming pool but no shade or umbrellas to hide underneath. Ok if you like to bake but I do not. Staff fairly friendly. Motorcycle hire more expensive here than just down the road.

Had terrible experience with the old lady who is a hotel owner/manager. Me and a friend of mine booked the hotel for 6 nights, turned up a day later than was supposed to and discovered that she put some other guests in the room. The explanation was that we didn’t notify the hotel that we would be 1 day late. The hotel has a right to do so according to their policies. But the lady’s attitude was horrible, no help was given (we came to the island during so called “Full moon party” time when even the worst hotels sell their rooms for crazy money). It was impossible to find anything at that time and we were tired and desperate after a long trip. So I suppose the greediness was the driving force to resell the room. No prior notification was given to me about the situation. The lady just said “leave” and was refusing to return money (I guess because she would lose the money if she cancelled herself). In the end the police helped us solve the situation and we had to move to another island. “Trip” also gave me quite a bonus for this. I love Thailand and their people but that was the worst experience for the whole trip

What a great place to stay on Koh Tao. Our bungalow was perfect for island living. Only complaint was the lack of a chair to sit at the desk with (just used a night stand). Two nice pools built into the natural landscape. “Tom” the concierge was very helpful in all matters. Thanks Tom. Breakfast was mostly western and might I add their bacon was amazing. We extended three days after the first three went too fast.
