Generally a good stay. Staff were helpful, good location and clean room. Breakfast was great too. Wish there was a fridge in the room. Also couldn’t reserve via the whatsap contact provided as they took a long time getting back and I had to book myself online on trip.com but otherwise a pleasant stay and I would certainly stay there again

Ctrip is still very reliable for booking hotels. At least it can be solved very well in the first time. The hotel is also very good. I choose this hotel when traveling. There is no problem. I don’t have to worry about too many hygiene issues.

Hilton Hotel, the hotel with the best security in Nigeria, has a late check-in time, which can only be checked in at 4pm. The front desk is also slow to check in, probably because there are too many people.

The front desk was very rigid. When checking in, they insisted that they had not received payment from the travel agency and would not check me in. I kept contacting Ctrip and only checked me in after receiving payment from Ctrip. I had no choice but to wait in the lobby for two or three hours to watch the front desk coordinate with Ctrip customer service. The experience was terrible.

With a comfortable environment and convenient transportation, it is considered the best hotel in Abuja.
