Great service. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with high-quality linens that ensured a restful night’s sleep. I particularly appreciated the large windows that offered a stunning view of the skyline, especially during sunset. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including a flat-screen TV, a coffee machine, and high-speed internet. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring a rainfall shower, plush towels, and premium toiletries.

Excellent service, food, cleanliness, well mannered & Excellent staffs. Name of the praise worthy staff viz., Shubrajit, Jagannath, Grace & other hotel staff. Rooms r well maintained with all amenities. Breakfast buffet is simply superb.

Ginger Agartala: Great location Good sized room newly renovated, good furniture and amenities Toilet: a bit tight due to design issues, but ok Service: quite slow, everything takes time, stuff shortage or inefficiency, not sure. Front desk was prompt and helpful though. Breakfast: quite hectic, due to bad behaviour of the guests. Food was issue, no Indian bread on second day, no coffee, had to ask for it.
