Staff is very polite, friendly and helpful, accommodations are very spacious and with good infrastructure. Breakfast is good, and from the pool you have a scenic view of Ferradura beach. You can also access the facilities (pools and sauna) of the sister hotel, that also has a very good restaurant. Downsides are that mattress are kind of too soft, and rooms could have an armchair.

Cleanliness was not good - not a total horror show, but lots of bugs and chipped paint. Felt more like a youth hostel than a hotel. They also kept cancelling our booking through the booking platform claiming there were payment issues when my bank claimed there was no attempts. After we gave in and booked direct they then lumped us with extra “services charges” at the end. It’s also on one of the less pretty beaches in Buzios. If returning I would stay closer to Praia Joao Fernandes.

Amazing location, the view over the beach is incredible. The hotel offers multiple restaurants, great breakfast, multiple pools and also spa options. The beach and beach club are easily reached. They also offer transport services and activities. Luxurious and amazing stay

The room was great, so was the breakfast and food from the bar. Very friendly staff. I’m sure I will stay there again next time I’m in Buzios. I really liked the two free large bottles of water they give you each day, we Brits need hydration in Brazil :)

Atendimento de alto nível, o que nos proporcionou uma experiência incrível! Café da manhã muito bom, instalações muito bem cuidadas e aconchegantes. Levamos a nossa Pet e foram muito carinhosos com ela, deixando-a super a vontade. O staff é maravilhoso e não mede esforços para agradar os hóspedes, o que faz toda a diferença. Voltaremos sempre!
