I was at the hotel on a business trip and didn't book my own room, so I can't speak to price/value. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast has a great selection and decent food (though the scrambled eggs were very dry my first day there). My toilet paper holder was broken, but that wasn't a big deal to me so I didn't mention it to staff. The linens are on the scratchier side, but that is probably to be expected from a mid-tier hotel - I don't spend a lot of time in hotels.

I always stay at an Embassy Suites because I like the two room suites set up, cooked to order breakfast, and managers Reception. This Embassy was centrally located and had easy access to the Georgia Congress Convention hall, which was a five minute walk away. The cooked to order breakfast for 3 out of the 4 days was okay, certainly not Embassy standards. The cooked to order egg white omelet where the size of a small empanada, so you had to go back for another one. They are still operating as if COVID-19 is running rampant, plastic everything, paper cups, and foam plates. The hash browns were the real ones, shredded and all and were fantastic as was the bacon. The two male cook's need training, as I and guest had to repeat minimum 4-5 times we wanted egg whites and what we wanted in them. Coffee was great. Managers Reception was good, but drinking a Chardonnay out of a paper cup seems inappropriate. I asked for a glass the 2nd time and the bartender accommodated my request. Her name was Katelyn and she was absolutely fantastic, always greeting us with a big smile and saying thank you every single time. Overall, property was clean, rooms where clean and felt modern, not dated. AC worked great, bedding was good. Common areas where modern and clean as well. We were greeted with a welcome and thank you for staying here as Diamond members. Front desk Stagg were very friendly and attentive! Only drawback, no fault of Embassy, but there are some areas just outside the main entrance and across the street where hecklers and panhandlers, so just be aware of that. It was a daily occurrence day or night.

We where passing by and stayed with my family. It was the first time I stayed at an Embassy Suites and I was pleased. With 3 kids you get a lot of room. Our room had 2 TVs and a couch to fold out as a bed. Fast internet. Clean and comfortable beds. There was light snacks around 5PM and a good breakfast in the morning. Staff were friendly. Gym was nice. Kids liked the indoor pool. Someone said their was construction in their post. I didn't see any. The hotel is a little old, but it is well maintained. I would stay here again
