Nice place to stay but some of the rule might ruin your mood. One of my friend was stayed during promo Rm244 ( Balcony Room) and extra charged Rm50 per night for sofa bed which is provided in the room such a ridiculous !!! So be alert of using extra sofa bed This is my experienced during stayed here. 1. Receptionist are not friendly not even smile at you such a DIVA. Hahahahahah 2. Check -in 2.00 afternoon with strictly rule 3. Asking for deposit RM250 and will be refund after 7 to 14 days !!! The room is very clean and cool. It's just that the water in the toilet is a little slow, but the staff has told me it's ready. So far, can go again next time.

The breakfast is quite good, you can scramble your own eggs, and the interior of the Youth Hostel will also prepare hungry noodles, coffee, fried rice and bread. The privacy is very good, that is, there are fewer bathrooms, only two, and it takes a while to queue in the morning. The overall feeling is great! The boss and we are very happy to talk, we will speak Chinese, introduce us to shopping mall and specialty stores, and also call the car to take us.

Excellent location with many shops around. The busiest mall, Imago shopping mall is just a 10-minute walk. The hotel is equipped with a shared kitchen, washer and dryer. The room is clean. Check-in and out is easy with the instructions given.

Very impressed with the instructions for self checking in and the room is nice and clean and overall very happy. Air con is cold and the hot water shower is nice. Ample food choices around the area. Will be back. Thank u Already recommended to my friends who are traveling to KK later this month.

1. The room is very clean and beautiful. You can see the sea from the balcony, which is very beautiful. 2. The butler service is very good. 3. There are many restaurants nearby and it is in the center, which is very convenient. 4. Disadvantages: The sound insulation is very poor. You can hear people talking and running clearly clearly. There is a fire broadcast in the room, which will sound even after falling asleep in the middle of the night.

Free round-trip scheduled boat transfer: Very convenient, you can pick up at the airport or Jesselton Pier. 1.5 hours drive + nearly 1 hour boat ride. The road to the location is quite high, luckily we use 4wd drive to get there. Still its reachable and easy to locate via waze. I saw the bad review about the cleanliness (i had second thought at first too but i booked it for the cheap price and my dad wanted to try a different place everytime we go to kundasang😂) but some improvements can be see. The room is quite comfortable and the toilet is clean with fuctioning heater. Still lacking in some amenities, 5 people room but only two towels were provided. The tv is under maintainence during our stay. We didnt use the wifi provided cause we bring our own, the coverage for dg and celcom is quite good. There is balcony in our room but my mom complain about the smoke that travel from other room as the balcony is not fully seperated. The view of Mout Kinabalu is right in front of our room BUT there is ongoing construction at front which will block the view in the future. However there is one balcony outside the building that can see the panorama of the Mount Kinabalu and Kundasang town. Definitely an A+ for the view. We brought our own food as we always do during our trip and I would recommend to bring your own as the place is quite far from town and the food there (i saw the food menu at reception) is quite pricey. Still it is a good experience and i would recommend other to stay there. I attached some photos of the view that can be seen from there
