I arrived at the hotel..
They showed me small rooms at first.
when I showed in my app that I bought and paid for a large room.
She came up with the comment that I had to pay €60 more for the room I had paid for.
Of course I refused and I sent a message to trip.com.
Trip com had heard of the hotel. Got that I had refused a large room..
That was absolutely not true..Later I took pictures of the room and sent them to tripcom..
trip come contacted hotel. trip.com get to hear that all problems were solved. That were absolute lies. I STAYED 4 DAYS IN THAT HOTEL BECAUSE I REFUSED TO PAY 60 EURO BRIBE I HAD TO STAY IN THAT SMALL DIRTY ROOM

The outwardly pompous and attractive “antique” hotel made a disgusting impression in every way. We took the royal suite and were unpleasantly upset. It started with the fact that both TVs in the room did not work, as if no one had turned them on before us, the employees came (without taking off their shoes) and turned around, but could not do anything, in the end, after sitting in the room for more than an hour, it turned out that the problem was in the connection . We decided... The room is old, everything is broken, beautiful on the outside, but in fact it's junk. The water was either hot or cold, the jacuzzi did not work. They called the technician again, something took a long time to turn and it worked... But... After use, real suffering began. The Jacuzzi started turning itself on and off every 10 minutes, nothing could be done. At one o'clock the master was called and he opened the El. box and turned off the machine. No apologies. In the morning I won’t even describe the breakfast in particular. Level three.. No fish cuts at all, sausage cuts 3-4 pieces per tray, even the tea is terrible.. There is no coffee machine either. It's a pity for the money.. The spa is generally terrible. They have never been washed, everything is falling apart, they are used mainly by street tickets.
