Ffong ongRooms are spacious and clean except for some stains at the curtains The 'Alexa/Google home' in the rooms made the stay even more comfortable as everything could be voice controlled.
Interestingly, the hotel provides free supper from 9pm to 11pm which makes it very convenient for guests who arrived late in the hotel to have a quick bite without having to venture out.
There are washing machines & dryer available in the hotel for guests to wash their clothes. Thank goodness for it especially during winter so we could bring less clothes along.
Most importantly, the service from the staff is excellent. Every one we met in the hotel treated us warmly and went the extra mile to accede to our requests. We booked 3 rooms initially then added one more room after one night. Unfortunately, there wasn't any available room on the the same floor. However, the staff actually called us the next day and informed us of an available room on the same floor and asked if we would like to change the room so the entire family could be on the same floor. We were impressed with their attention to detail and their service!

GGuest UserThe staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel was old but very clean. Everyone from the staff to security was especially helpful to provide directions and insight. Rooms were kept clean and tidy. The location was optimal to walk to shopping, McDonalds, Cafe De Coral, and other restaurants. Pedestrian street was very convenient and fun to walk through. The lake view was very nice. There was karaoke at night until 10 pm outside but that is not the hotel’s fault. It wrapped up early so no concerns. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

布布斯，郑For my first stay, I chose a two-bedroom independent wooden house. It feels very unique as soon as you open the door. The floor of the building feels very high and spacious. The independent two-bedroom and two hot spring pools are very private. You need to call the front desk staff to get the mahjong from the locker. The sweaty but polite aunt said that because many unruly guests took the mahjong away😵. They say that our Hong Kong guests are very moral, unlike the locals who leave the room in a mess and full of garbage. The hot water in the bathroom and pool must be turned on for a long time in advance, because the spring water tank is far away and has to compete with other wooden houses for water🤣
The front desk staff was cold and expressionless during the check-in process. They asked for a late check-out and asked us to have breakfast tomorrow morning. At night, we found that only four of the 18 villas were occupied, so we called the front desk and asked about late check-out, but they refused. My brother said that so many villas are unoccupied. Even if there are reservations, we can arrange other wooden houses. We are Hong Kong and Macao people and will not delay the stay until one o'clock until the room is in a mess. Fine, this was our expected time to the next trip.

But the waitress was very polite and said when placing the order that the food should be enough. Order more if you don’t have enough, so it’s not a waste of food. 👍
After checking out the next day, I went to Jiayou Farm outside the park. The food was very good and worth a try. The landlady made coffee and chatted with us. 👍👍

HHan2 SoloThe hotel is opposite the 802 bus stop coming from railway station very near the pedestrian road. The room and toilet were renovated, clean and sufficiently equipped with fridge and washing machine. There are 2 blocks, the main block have limited superior rooms and the other blocks caters more to long staying guests and standard rooms. Food is easily available around the area. The reception lady was very friendly and courteous and gives good information about the city. Overall a good stay.
