Mr faizan and all team were very approachable and sweet very proactive with their work very sweet and hardworking had a great time also they were all so nice very well poised always greeting with a smile very helpful and also takes initiative to talk with everyone which is a good thing overall had a great time

Comfortable bed! Amenties were good Ambience of the hotel is just WOW Rooms are large with good view Hotel staff are generous and best Travelled across but couldnt find this best hotel!!! Love it Special thanks to CP Chon and Quinee Housekeeping department for there hard time

We had a fantastic stay till now in the Gokulam Grand Hotel & Spa. Together with a group of mostly 20 German guests we were/are here in Bengaluru for an amazing wedding event. Many thanks to Mr. Mujeeb Nayeem for the excellent support and help according all our questions and requests. Many thanks too to Mr. Baskharan G. for picking up all of us from the airport and taking care of our transportations. Thanks to Mr Faizan, Mr Sourav and all team, that supported us every day excellent. The whole breakfast and offered dinner were delicious. We liked the whole stay in the hotel, we were here now for 16 days and will come back for 5 days more. The rooms are comfortable and the views from the upper floors are amazing. An insider tip is the gym in the 11th floor, fully equipped with the amazing view while exercising. The swimming pool in the second floors has fresh and little bit to cold water, but the swimming experience is very cool.

I am thoroughly impressed by the level of service and hospitality provided by the staff. One standout experience was the delightful gesture from Abdul, who truly went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. His warm demeanour and attention to detail were evident . Abdul surprised me with a beautifully crafted pastry as a kind gesture. It wasn’t just the treat itself that made the experience special, but the thoughtfulness and genuine care behind it. It is rare to find staff members who take such pride in their work and ensure that guests feel valued and appreciated. Abdul’s commitment to excellence is a testament to the high standards maintained by the hotel.

Spacious rooms and well lit interiors. Comfy bed and user friendly wash place. The restaurant "My Place" was the highlight of my stay. Abdul,Bishu and Vishwajit were awesome hosts. The breakfast spread was one of the best with lots of varieties. I would recommend this hotel for a stay with family.
