Paradisus Grand Cana

We are very pleased to have had the pleasure of Gabriel Batss as our concierge. Throughout our stay he went above and beyond, being relentlessly affable, amiable and amenable, always attentive and would regularly check we were having a good time from morning to night, but deftly without any intrusion or imposition. Gabriel was also a great help and comfort when we experienced issues with some other hotel guests, and during this time he provided empathy, sympathy and advice in helping us to resolve this and not let it impede our time at the resort. It’s almost always hard returning home from a vacation but having had the pleasure of Gabriel’s company made it that little bit harder as we will miss him very much. We can’t thank him enough.

We had a great family vacation with our 2 kids. Our concierge, Andy Constante, provided great and friendly service. He handled all dinner reservations, spa booking, family photos, and more. The entire staff was excellent, accommodations were very high end, and food was good as well. The waterpark was perfect for our 2 and 12 year old. Would recommend for families, as there were lots of kids around.
