First night the bathroom was filled with vomitting smell so we informed the counter staff in the next morning. They kept the window opened since housekeeping but when we back to the room at night, the smell was still there so we requested to change. And, they agreed to the request.
It will be good that they consider for room renovation or upgrading soon.
Overall, staff service are good, location is good & breakfast is good too. Recommended.

Love the hotel, location, spacious and comfy. The only con is centralised aircon, so can get quite hot. But overall I like this hotel!

The hotel is really good. Very nice location and very nice staff. They are very helpful. The hotel also provide laundry machines which is very helpful for travelers. We will recommend your hotel. Thank you.

It’s a good location, walkable to many tourist attraction. Stayed in the family room, it’s like a loft, it’s quite comfortable just that the sound proof not that great. I can hear neighbour’s kids talking and jumping at night.
Overall quite ok.

Location is very good, so near to tian an men square and wang fu jing street.
All staffs are very friendly and helpful, you can easily order food and groceries for delivery.
This hotel got a robot to send all your deliveries to your room.

The hotel is located in an excellent location just steps away from Wangfujing street and the metro station. It is in a safe and peaceful street away from the 'madness' of the main street, but still gives you direct access. Convenient and easy to navigate to all the malls. WF Central is just next door! The Wangfujing Book store is round the corner, convenience store for stocking up groceries down the left of the street. So easy
We stay in the family two-storey room. Superb for families of 4 like me with my wife and 2 kids as it comes with a king and queen bed, and a sofa. Toilets are huge with strong shower pressure.
There is washer for washing but only a small dryer.
I will definitely return to stay again.
