We had the new penthouse but it was far from new they had cracks in the walls plug socket was taped up no hot water in the kitchen to wash pots we had to get Howard up as the spot light was smoking he just said these things happen he left some stuffing out of the roof as he made a mess we said we would clean it we had gone out to notice he had been in our room cleaned it up and moved our stuff around with out our permission or never told us he was doing so ! the double bed in the lounge was not got for r anyone to sleep on it was a pull down thing behind a blind and a DIY dodgy headboard the bedding was all stained .in the other two rooms you had to be so tiny to get down the side of the bed and not very tall as you will keep banging your head.the main bathroom is like a old shower block really lucky wouldn't use that so we all had to share the en suite shower would not recommend at all

I visited with my partner and 3 children for 2 nights. Howard happily changed our booking time on the day when we called, we had previously said we would arrive late evening but arrived late afternoon. Howard greeted us showed us around our room making sure we knew how to use hot water etc. we had already reserved a parking space with Howard that was available when we arrived. We stayed on the first floor with a double bed and a single in one room and a sofa bed for 2 in large lounge area. plenty of space for the 5 of us and a dining table for us all to eat at. Room is so close to everything you want for a visit to Blackpool including corner shops and takeaways. Howard informed us on our last night that we did not need to rush in the morning we could stay until 12 which made for a less stressful morning with 3 kids . We will definitely book here again when returning to Blackpool. Howard was very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay.
