We stayed 1 night on our way back for vacation. Very clean, very welcome staff. Very good breakfast, extensive and varied. Spacious rooms and impeccable bathroom. A little cheap but it is Bavaria in August...

Zu unserem Zimmer: total runtergerockt, gegen altmodisch und urig ist nichts einzuwenden, jedoch gegen Flecken in den Gardinen, dicken Spinnenweben und Spinnen an den Wänden, toten Mücken auf dem Badezimmerboden.. einer “Duschkabine” bei der die austauschbare Dichtungslippe schwarz vor Schimmel ist, einem großen Duschkopf, der nicht funktioniert und einem Fenster das nicht sauber ist und bei der die aufklebbare Fensterfolie scheinbar schon seit Jahren abblättert. In der Hotelbeschreibung stand, das sowohl Billiard und Kegeln konstenfrei seien. Dies traf jedoch nur auf die Kegelbahn zu. Diese ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen und ramponiert. Der Pool an sich war ganz schön, jedoch beim genauen hinschauen, bemerkte man auch hier, dass er nicht oft gesäubert wird. Der Dreck auf dem Fußboden, der Freitag dort lag, war es auch Dienstag noch. An dem Outdoor Whirlpool gibt es nichts auszusetzen, dieser war sauber und die Aussicht sehr schön. Entgegen der Beschreibung im Internet war der Poolbereich sogar bis 21 Uhr geöffnet. Das Frühstück war okay. Durch das Wegstellen von Stühlen und das Abräumen der Teller, etc. fühlte man sich leider nicht wie in einem Restaurant, sondern wie in einer Kantine. Leider wurde das Frühstück bereits um 09.50 abgeräumt und um 10.05 wurden wir bereits mit den Worten „ Hier kommt die böse Frau und muss Sie jetzt bitten zu gehen. Wir müssen jetzt aufräumen.“ gebeten zu gehen und wenn in der Bar Platz zu nehmen. Dies ist super unhöflich und so behandelt man keine Gäste!! Diese Unhöflichkeit zog sich durch den Aufenthalt im Hotel. Ausschließlich ein älterer Herr an der Rezeption grüßte und wünschte einen schönen Tag oder ähnliches. Für das Frühstück wurde einem ein fester Platz zugewiesen, wodurch es auch bei schönem Wetter nicht möglich war, auf der Terrasse zu sitzen. In der Hotelbeschreibung ging nicht hervor, dass es nur ein Restaurant im Hotel gibt, dass ausschließlich ein Abendbuffet für 35 Euro anbietet - eben der Raum, in dem auch das Frühstück serviert wird. Auf Nachfrage, ob auch nur ein Tellermenü zu sich genommen werden kann, wurde dies verneint. Schade, dass so wenig auf die Gästewünsche eingegangen wird. Die restlichen Räume scheinen „Deko zu sein, da man sich dort nicht hinsetzen darf“ Das Restaurant war zu keiner Zeit voll ausgelastet und überfüllt. In diesem Hotel fühlt man sich nicht als Gast sondern nur als wandelnde Geldbörse. Kein Ort zum Wohlfühlen oder gerne verweilen…
