Conference visit + two meals from 05/18/22 to 05/19/22, I did not test the rooms as such. The hotel is rather well located, not too far from the ring road, far from the center but without too much trouble getting there and close to a train station. The reception is quite correct but the hostesses have a little trouble with English. However, they did what was requested: taxi reservation. The reception areas are not bad, large conference room a bit dated. More spacious dining room next door. The two meals were served self-catering in the dining room with nothing more than good food, often cold because it was on a stove. Nothing too transcendent however... In conclusion: not so bad but the food deserves for the self a little more refinement for the place.

Luxury hotel with outstanding services. Something special!

The environment is relatively simple. The biggest advantage is next to the Palace Square. There are many side attractions. But it is really not convenient to go up and down. Breakfast is 40 per person, but the amount is too small. All are mainly cold dishes. The taste is generally the same.

Everything was great. Breakfast was really great. It was a bit noisy from the street but the hotel has provided earbuds so it was ok.

This location is just outside the airport gate ( a literal 4 min drive) The hotel and rooms were spotless. The staff were very friendly and helped with logistics on getting to the right train stations and areas to go too Rooms are smaller then American rooms, but larger then most euro rooms. They don’t have bathtubs only showers The water pressure and amount of hot water was great Internet was very strong and never dropped when I was using it They provide two bottles of water per day The buffet breakfast was always full and was very good They have a small bar for nightcaps / beer Free rides to the airport Downside. No food walking distance Overall amazing choice

Hotel seems new, very clean and modern. Room was modern including bathroom. Good Breakfest, very good bar. I enjoyed my stay and will stay there on my next trip.The air conditioning in the room did not work but it was not an issue. Payment at the front desk could have been quicker (issues with CC payment devices).

First time staying in this lovely hotel. It’s perfect location for those who travel for business or has a long transfer as it’s within 5 min. taxi drive from Chopin Airport. My room was super nice and clean. The best part was a comfortable bed, I really had a great and much needed good night sleep after multiple flights. Staff were super nice and helpful. Definitely recommending this hotel!

I had a reservation done on 07.07.2022 for the night of 08.07.2022, but on 30.06.2022 I have received an email from V Hotel informing me that the reservation was canceled, and no other details. After a fast investigation, I came to the conclusion that it was canceled because of a failed attempt of payment on 30.06.2022, due to an insufficient balance on my Revolut account. A couple of hours after getting the email (around 17:00), I called the hotel to understand what was the possibilities of recovering the booking as I added enough funds on my Revolut account. I was told by the receptionist that probably it was possible, however the manager was not in the hotel, he had no idea on how to do it and that I would get a phone call one the manager would be on the hotel. I've waited until the next day, but got no call. I decided to call on the next morning (09:40) and another receptionist told me that the manager would be arriving in 20 minutes, and they would call me when that would happen. I waited 4 hours and had no contact whatsoever. So, I decided to call them again (at 13:30). I was greeted by another receptionist, that simply suggested that I would create another booking. Which I replied that I would like to have the old booking back has now the price would be much higher. Then I was told that no other rooms were available on the hotel, contradicting the previous suggestion. After showing my disappointment for the lack of flexibility and effort to try to solve the issue in good terms, I was told once again that they would call me when the manager would come back. I asked when that would be and I was told that it would be on 05.07 or 06.07 (so I would be waiting for a reply until 2 days before the date of check in - assuming that they would call me). Obviously, I refused that since I would have to start looking for another hotel room right away. In the end of the call, I asked for the name of the person to which I was talking to and in return the receptionist hanged the phone on me (I was never rude or indelicate). Prime example of professionalism! To consider that 08.07 is the day of a concert of Coldplay in Warsaw and the demand for hotel rooms is very high for that day, and the hotel canceled my reservation on the first try to get the payment, in order to get another booking that would give them more money. In result, I lost my reservation and had to book a much more expensive hotel room elsewhere. My main complaints here are: - I only got one email, without any details on why the reservation was canceled; - There was no attempt to contact me over the phone in order to proceed with the payment on a different way; - The attempts of just make wait for their call until I would forget or give up; - The utterly unprofessional atitude of the last receptionist with whom I spoke, that didn't do any effort to solve the issue, gave me contradictory information and hang up the phone in my face. Chose this hotel again after I had to travel with an injured foot, because I couldn't think of a more perfect place for me. It has a free shuttle from the airport; nice girls at the reception speak multiple languages; the rooms are very clean, everything is new and modern, and the best of all - the beds are extremely comfortable! The restaurant had minimal service this time because it was Easter (my fault for not looking it up, but I also wish the hotel would put a note about things like that on their website). But I was quite happy with what they offered anyway. No complaints there. Plus, they make great coffee at the reception! I asked for a room closer to the elevator, and I was accommodated wonderfully. They ordered me a taxi and it arrived on time. Perfect trip in every way.
