La Sorella Butik Hotel
4.4/523 Reviews
It is a brand new, different concept hotel that was renovated in 2023 and its rooms are spotlessly clean. Our room was simple, elegant and useful. Since the location is right in the center of Dalyan, we did not need a car during the holiday. Pool, garden and room cleaning are excellent. The open buffet breakfast in the morning is prepared carefully and we liked it very much. In addition, there is a croissant cafe in the garden of the hotel and it is incredibly delicious. We also had a good time by the pool with the cafe's coffees and drinks such as all-natural lemonade and orange juice. I definitely recommend it.
Yolo Otel Dalyan

Minta Apartments

My husband and I visited for 18 days in September. Arrived later than scheduled (2.00am) but Ali the owner was there to greet us, with a smile and a cool beer! Apartments are very clean and a good size. Ali and his whole family made us feel very welcome. The food we tried was excellent, prices good. Minta apartments are approx 15 minutes stroll to the town and have beautiful views from the balconies. Ali also owns twin villas (a 3 bed and a 5 bed) to rent, a few minutes away from Minta, he kindly showed them to us before we left and they are lovely, so much so, we have booked to stay in the 3 bed one for 2 weeks in June next year. Looking forward to returning to beautiful Dalyan and seeing Ali and his family again. Thank you so much for your hospitality!
Portakal Hotel Dalyan
4.7/545 Reviews
A small hotel ideally located on the river and a 5 minute walk from the main town. Staff were friendly and service was good, they definitely made you feel welcome there. Breakfast was nice with an assortment of fruit, yogurt, meats and a small choice of cooked items, however if you are after a full English this isn’t for you (plenty of restaurants in the town do offer it though) Rooms were clean and well decorated with a nice size bathroom and shower. If you want an outside space to sit outside your room you would need to be on the ground floor as the upper rooms don’t have a balcony. It had a nice size pool and plenty of beds, you could always find one free. If you don’t want to sit by the pool they have a nice garden area with more sun loungersnthat overlooks the river and had mountain views. You could eat lunch there but no evening restaurant but that wasn’t a problem as you were so close to town where there were plenty of places to eat. The pool bar stayed open late, basically until the last guest decided to go to bed! We spent all our evenings here as it was such a nice atmosphere and plenty of chats amongst guests, a benefit of being in a small hotel! I would highly recommend the hotel and Dalyan in general. We will definitely be going back again.
Bahaus Resort

When we first arrived we did not like our room, it had a lot of things wrong but we booked last minute and the hotel seemed full. We told Simi, the manager the following day and he moved us to a much better room as soon as one became free. The booking site said there was a gym, there wasn't, also the table tennis table had seen better days, nor was there a restaurant as also stated on ***********. However the pool area and gardens were beautiful, very clean and well kept, the typically Turkish breakfasts were fine and the cook added cooked extras. The staff were lovely, so friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable. It was a bit far out of town for us but if you are looking for peace and quiet and have a car or a bicycle you will enjoy staying here. My husband would have gone cycling if he had known there were bikes on site, I only discovered them a few days before we left. It is a Turkish hotel, not modern but fine if you know what you are getting. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay comfortable and happy. With a few tweaks this could be a really good place to stay.
Rota Hotel

Rota Hotel is a family run business with the owner appears to be the receptionist and two ladies undertaking the cleaning and breakfast preparation. We went first week of August 2024 and occupied two rooms. Requested upstairs rooms to be away from the pool’s footfall and were granted these as requested. Upon arrival, we were welcomed and shown around and to the rooms. The owner/receptionist was very pleasant and kind and spoke good English. The rooms were adjacent with an interconnecting door which was locked. These rooms, from their website, in fact serve as a family room with the parents and kids in constant access to one another. As it was a door separating us from the others, one could hear everything going on from conversations to waking to the use the bathroom to hairdryers being used. Not private or ideal. Location: Rota Hotel is within 10 mins walk from the town centre of Dalyan and the banks of Dalyan Strait (Dalyan Kanali) which makes its location very ideal and perfect for exploring. The Rooms: The upstairs rooms have twin beds which were joined to create a double bed. Bedside tables with lamps. Build in wardrobe and an en suite bathroom with a shower cubicle and a balcony that overlooks the pool. Very basic indeed. There are no chairs within the room albeit there were two with a small table and an ashtray on the balcony. There were no tea/coffee facility which presumably they wish to serve from the bar to make money from but the problem was the bar was not always staffed and no intercom to request drinks. There were no luggage rack which wouldn’t cost much and there were plenty space for. This causes one to continuously bend over to retrieve items from the suitcase, not ideal if you’re elderly or have a bad back. The wardrobe had full length mirrors but a little dressing table with a mirror for ladies to apply makeup/style hair etc would have made life easier for the ladies in the group. Again, wouldn’t cost much to implement. There was a safe in the wardrobe which has its keypad disabled and charged at £1.00 per day for its use, you were then given the master key to access it. There was a little empty fridge within the wardrobe which served useful at keeping your drinks cold. The AC worked nicely. Other reviews cited exceptional cleanliness of the place. Unfortunately, that was not evident in our rooms, albeit the bedsheets and towels were nice and clean but the bathroom was not up to standards at all, see pics. During the stay, one had to leave the towels on the floor to indicate replacements were needed, which is often the case elsewhere, but the bedding was not changed once. Although the stay was for five days but considering the heat and how much one sweats during the month of August then a mid stay change would have been needed. Daily room service included a bin empty and a mop around. Not sufficient at all. Upon arrival, the bathroom sink and shelf were stained and grotty. During the stay, room service did not include thei
