The location is very good, the environment and service are good, but sometimes there is no one at the front desk at night and there are not many choices for breakfast

The hotel is a converted church with a very special environment. The service is also very considerate. The breakfast is very rich and the location is relatively convenient. Eindhoven is a young and vibrant city with many places to eat nearby.

We stayed one night at the hotel from Friday to Saturday. Top location right in the center and about 5 minutes walk you will find yourself in the center.
Hotel is beautiful and atmospheric. Reception is okay, you are welcomed with a Cava. I indicated that I do not drink alcohol, no other drink was offered. That's too bad. It was my husband's birthday. At check-in, the staff could have noticed this. This would have made the reception a bit more personal in our opinion.
Nice room and spacious with lots of light. Temperature very nice and king size bed was pleasant.
Hygiene could be better. Spider web (perhaps not seen by the cleaner due to the high ceiling), elder and skirting boards a bit dusty. Nevertheless, not disturbing.
Unfortunately no shower cap, but shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. And a hair dryer.
Facilities: good wellness (minus you have to reserve for an hour and only pick it up from the reception. In my opinion, this could be done more efficiently and in a more customer-oriented way.
Booking breakfast separately is not recommended, quite expensive for a buffet. A 5-minute walk takes you to the center with a branch of good and nice restaurants (or the Ah). Hotel could better respond to this to reduce costs.
Overall great hotel if you want to stay in the center.

What an experience! The check in was already a super start the room it self was quite hidden. Many doors must be opened but it was more than worth it. The suite was exraordinarry clean perfect condtion and really unique. If i‘ll ever come back to eindhoven i‘m gonna stay there thats for sure.
