I must say I almost didn't book through Trip.com after reading some of the negative comments but that was NOT my experience at all! I saved money significantly by booking through them for the Oceanfront Suite and was able to confirm with the Hilton property right away that I was confirmed for what I booked. I would definitely book using Trip.com again in the future. The hotel itself was in an amazing location, great room view and value for the price. A few updates would make it exceptional but overall was still great.

Room took an extra hour and 1/2 before I could check in. It was nice having pool/beach availability immediately but I was really in need of a nap after being up 48hrs. The waitress in the poolside restaurant was amazing. I told her my drink was a little watered down and she gave me 2 shots and mixed it again! Room was clean and comfortable and we loved the beach.

The room was a studio apartment and all remodeled . It was beautiful . All of the staff members were so nice and helpful the only little problem was the hundreds of sugar ants but it’s ok it was still worth it

Nice hotel in great location with direct access to the beach and local restaurants. Service was OK, the team always seemed to be trying hard to deliver best possible service, only exception was at the Breeze Cafe during the daytime where the lady really appeared to lack interest in being at work. Wonderful pool area which was surprisingly busy and good atmosphere watching the Fifa World Cup on tvs at the bar. Room was OK, good facilities. Only criticism was door lock to balcony didn't work and there was a horrendous smell on first day - like a dead animal or wet carpet?. I left the balcony door open whilst in the room to air it out which seemed to resolve it.

Although the hotel is not close to the sea, it is very cost-effective. It has a beautiful outdoor swimming pool. It is conveniently located from the seaside and the airport. I will recommend it to friends

Everything was excellent! We had to stay for an uncertain amount of time in Fort Lauderdale due to family circumstances and one of the managers was very friendly and helpful and did all that she could to accommodate us. Apart from that, everything else was fine too really, very good breakfast, clean rooms , lots of amenities, good location. The only thing that was a pity is that the swimming pool is currently under maintenance (for a few more months) but we were given a free pass for using the facilities of a gym across the street. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others too!

Breakfast is a small cake, biscuit and coffee. The key is that the hotel has free buses to the cruise terminal every hour, but they are fully booked, and finally have to take a taxi to the terminal. Ctrip.com should inform this when booking and help customers book the shuttle location in advance

We were in town for a funeral. While checking in Oscar, the front desk associate asked what we were planning to do for the weekend. I explained we were local from Palm Bay and were here for a funeral. Oscar said he was sorry to hear the news and said, ”Let me see if the weekend can be a bit better”. We finished checking in and went to our room. After entering the room, we discovered he had given us an intracoastal room that you could also see the ocean from. This ”little” thing from Oscar made the weekend for my wife, as it was also her birthday, and we were here for someone else. Thank you, Oscar!!!
