We stay 2 nights. Hotel is located quite far from city center. Reception cannot speak English but you can use Google Translate APP. The cleanliness was pretty bad, wet floor in toilet and smell bad when we checked in. When we back from outside around 2.30pm., room was not yet clean. Have to tell reception. This apartment is pets allowed. People smoke in the building even it has a sign No Smoking. My opposite room smoking in the room and open the door, my husband got allergic and can’t breathe. I asked reception to change the room, she’s willing to help and change us to another room on the same level. New room was fine but unluckily there are both rooms before and next to us smoking and open the door and very noisy. Very bad experience. I would not be back this hotel again ever.

The location is a bit out of the way. The TV in this chain hotel can actually watch three or four channels, but other local satellite TVs can't watch it. I'm shocked. And I don’t know if this location is relatively empty. The wind noise is very loud at night, and the light of the range hood cannot be turned off, which is blinding. However, the coffee in the room is good and low in sugar. Tea bags are not good, there is a strong fragrance smell.

I would recommend the business king room more. The location is good and the space is large. The only drawback is that the TV cannot cast the screen😮💨😮💨 Everything else is very good. The attitude of the customer service staff is also very good, especially the location is excellent. It is close to Shunfengshan Park and the business district. The new hotel that will open in 2024 has basically new and tidy facilities, and the air conditioning is sufficient and worthy of praise. The hotel is close to Huasheng Plaza and Jiazhou Plaza, which is 15 minutes away. It is convenient to eat out. However, because it is close to the industrial campus, the surrounding area is relatively quiet at night. It can only be said that it needs future development. A few things that I hope can be improved: the water pressure of the rain shower head is insufficient; the toilet flushing water is too large, and the flushing water comes out of the bucket; the hotel is booked as a non-smoking room, but there are still problems in the lobby and elevator Someone is smoking; and the balcony view is advertised but in fact the balcony may be locked for safety reasons, well, it’s hard to explain.

”Shunde, you have to order”, Shunde is a good place. Near the riverside, Sudun is a good choice. The room is spacious and bright, looking at the river on both sides. In the evening, you can sit and watch the fireworks of the year. The bedding is comfortable, quiet and good. The surrounding is bustling and convenient for eating and shopping. The front desk brother is very patient and the New Year's gift is also very thoughtful. Slightly insufficient, when the door is opened next door to speak loudly or on the TV, it is a bit noisy. The underground parking lot is slightly rough. The flaws are not concealed, in short, a pleasant trip, the right choice.

It was the first time I brought my mother here to play. The environment was very good, the room was spacious, bright and comfortable, and most importantly, the bathroom was separated into wet and dry areas. My mother liked it very much and said that the quilt and pillow were very white. Two pairs of disposable slippers were also provided. The TV was not stuck, the network was very good, and the service was great!

Though this property is old, they have made an effort to upgrade the rooms and provide a comfortable and welcoming experience. I had some issues a few years back with this property and had to check out ahead of time but there is a distinct improvement in staff training, room presentation and cleanliness and the buffet is now impressive. They do cater for a lot of HK tour groups and conference groups which means it is very busy at meal times, but the food offered at the restaurant now is quite good and there’s a large variety to choose from. Check in and service from the Front desk staff has improved and everyone was super helpful and welcoming this time. Earlier visits a year after covid wasn’t so easy and it was obvious that staff were not used to dealing with foreigners- but this seems to have been addressed and staff were professional, efficient and very helpful when needed. Well done Crowne team Foshan!

location is amazing, city center and near alot of malls and they are very ons about sustainability. however, there are a few things we can improve to make the experience better. 1. staff standing at the door was not proactive helping with the luggage despite making eye contact and seeing us carrying many baggages on hand. 2. shower room was almost clear ? i could totally see people showering (very translucent) very inconvenient for non-couples staying together. 3. despite asking for a non-smoking room and level, we could still smell cigarettes in the bathroom. 4. it could be better if they install a small platform in the shower room to put our own facial cleansing foam etc

I went there for the second time because of the good experience I had the first time months ago. This time the parking lot was full, it took me 20 minutes to get a parking space, later there was a long line for a bus excursion visitors, they do not have another representative for regular travelers, which was annoying and disappointing. Later they assigned me a family room, far from my expectations, with toys and camping tend in the room. After my complaint, they changed the room far, far away, just in the corner of the hotel with terrible view and not good moon of the employee. The room looks old and smell to humidity as well that you can see some scratches in the wall and furniture. It was dissapointed experience, they do not have a constant level of service, next time I will look for another option in the area.
