We had a very good stay on this appartement, with wonderful views of the Plaza Nueva and the Torre de La Vela de la Alcazaba. The receptionist was very friendly, bur at times a little bit to talkative and over explaining things. Making them more complicated than necessary. The parking garage, for instance. As you are in the middle of a busy Dreure, you can expect a lot nog noise and busyness. Do be aware of that. My only negative point of feedback is the bedding: the beds were to hard and the pillows too soft. Also, there’s music playing in the corridors all day and night. Not a nuisance for us, as we could not hear it in our bedrooms. But still you’d expect the music to be switched of during the ‘quite time’, were guests are expected to be quite.

I would have given a 5star review as the room/building is very nice and location is great but the service was poor. They advertise that the reception is open from 9am to 9pm and also told us this at check-in. We needed to leave and get our parking validated by 9.20am to go to the appointment. There was no one on reception and we called many times and sent a WhatsApp but no answer. Finally my wife got through after about 10mins but they said the reception would only be manned from 10am. This cost us an extra 20euros in parking as well as delaying us.

The service is good, very friendly, typical of Granada (except for taxi drivers)... Let's see, in my room the TV didn't work; it's true that I didn't say anything because I don't see it either, and then, being so central, narrow streets, bars... if you want to rest, after 1 o'clock they have already closed and cleaned up; closing the windows solves something; so I think I will go back, but later in the winter. It is true that it is the ideal place to get to know the best of Granada, you have it just a step away. Kitchen with capsule coffee maker (including coffee with and without caffeine), and cookies, large bottle of Solán de Cabras water, toilet roll, sugar and salt, dishwasher, washing machine, clothesline, bathroom with small bottles of gel, hand soap bars (small, but enough for a few days), hairdryer, towels, toilet paper... very comfortable beds, as well as the sofa, TV in the dining room... in general, very complete, very clean, and very comfortable.

Good condition. Equipped kitchen, including dishwasher. Rest of the room with a large bed and a sofa bed. Very well located, close to bars and restaurants. During Holy Week, the procession passes in front of the hotel. Very friendly staff. Simple check-in process
