These serviced apartments DO NOT belong under PARK HYATT, if you expect that to be true then you are set up for a disappointment. They just named is Park Hyatt, probably to be able to charge more. These serviced apartments are on the 23rd floor of a tower building where you find Vaperse 5 star hotel downstairs and an apartment building on top. These serviced apartments are in former Vaperse rooms but it is not maintained by Vaperse nor Park Hyatt. The room so are not maintained at all to begin with. With had 3 different rooms and broke light switches, moldy aircon, electric wires hanging out, old towels were a common theme in all 3. You can call this a scam but if they would just remove park Hyatt from the name and lower their price to half then it is an okay stay, close to main attractions. They also do not have access to the swimming pool you see on the pics and the reception/entrance is also different from what you see on the pics. Those photos are borrowed from Vaperse. It is not easy to find based on those. Overall it was a very scammy and disappointing experience for the money we paid. Also, I have never slept on such hard beds in my life, but that is a personal preference. I do not recommend booking this overall.

My flight was arriving quite early 6.30 am, in the morning and the room was booked for check-in at 12.00 pm. So I contacted Trip.com and requested early check-in at the hotel. The request was approved and confirmed via email by the hotel and Trip.com. To my disappointment, When I arrived at the hotel, I was told the room type I booked was unavailable and rooms that were, had not been cleaned yet. I was also informed that I would have to pay 150 yuan per hour additional fees to stay in an available room. After calling Trip.com, the issue was resolved. I only had to pay 150 yuan for 3 hours and was later moved to another room at early check time 10.00 am. The Hotel was clean and tidy but I was unable to close the window shut and it was a cold, rainy weekend so I was a little cold. The staff tried helping to close it but it did not seal. I think the hotel is overdue for some upgrading.
