The stay at the Crowne Plaza Thousand Island Lake was amazing. My friends and I were treated to great service and care. The staff is helpful, the food is Western and Chinese, the bar is good and the view is spectacular.

The hotel is built on the bank of Sanjiang River. There is a Yanzhu Lake in the hotel. It is surrounded by mountains and water, with pleasant scenery. It is a paradise for fishermen. This trip is to let my husband relax and fish, and I also want to find a fun place for the children. So I chose the boat house here. I can fish directly by opening the balcony, which is very comfortable. The hotel also has a small zoo feeding area: ponies, turkeys, etc. There are small peacocks next to the lobby, which creates an opportunity for children to get close to small animals. There are also many activities in the hotel. This time I basically didn't go out to play. I participated in the pecan fruit activity in the hotel and played for a long time in the Guagua Park. She responded to our requests in time during our stay, and found a way to help me buy Sanjiang mandarin oranges, a specialty of Sanjiang at this time of year. The price was affordable, only about 20-30 yuan, and it was very suitable to give to friends. If you don’t know what to buy back home, you can consider giving Sanjiang mandarin oranges as gifts. She perfectly interpreted the connotation of being at home. The breakfast buffet was very rich, and dinner was solved in the Yelu restaurant in the hotel. The taste was very good, the price was medium, and it was convenient! Fishing, walking the kids, and tasting food are a great joy in life. A very cost-effective hotel, just on the banks of the Xin'an River, the location is excellent. What is worthy of praise is the hotel's ”butler service”. We didn't know that we booked a river view room. The housekeeper He Qinfei upgraded us to a river view room. It was great. For this reason, we stayed for another night. On the afternoon of the check-in day, the waiter Miss Xu Zhongzhen warmly sent us fruit, so that we have a warmth of home. In addition, I would like to like the hotel's dishes, especially braised pork and Yunnan mushroom dishes, which are worth recommending and very delicious. The waiter of the restaurant, Miss Xu Xiaoqing, also served us warmly, and for this reason, we deliberately went back to the hotel to eat when we were hungry. If you come to Jiande next time, you must choose the Peninsula Kaihao Hotel.

Immediately Upon arrival the staff we're very welcoming and the hospitality felt genuine. There were complimentary snacks in the foyeur for the Qingming festival which kept the little one entertained whilst we dealt with a very swift check-in, The room was facing the river and immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. When we went swimming our daughter didn't have goggles to wear and was gratefully lent a set by the staff there. The Food was really great and our waitress Cindy helped us with every request we had for breakfast and on the second day, because we had to leave early, the front desk lady Alice also assisted us by preparing a take-away meal. The fact that the hotel opens into a very modern shopping center made sure that We throughly enjoyed our Stay and we highly recommend anyone else to stay.

It feels so cost-effective, and the double-bed room with a 1.35-meter double bed is booked at a very affordable price, which is great!
