Great hotel, friendly staffs, clean room, good location. We had a bit of a problem with the room keycard, but the staff dealt with it quickly. The front was able to speak english. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

We booked a family room for 2 adults and a 10 yo kid. The room is clean and well designed. The amenities in the hotel is quite complete like laundry room free of charge. Detergent is not provided, however, customer can purchase detergent capsule at CNY5 from the counter at the hotel lobby. There are convenient store and MCD outside hotel building. The hotel also provides a good selection in their breakfast menu which caters customers traveling from western countries. The location of hotel is great, walking distance to national park entrance.

Good location. Hotel is about 10mins walk away from jiuzhaigou entrance. Room is clean and staff are polite. However breakfast is not great. Will recommend this for its location.

Very close to scenic area. Helpful front desk. Breakfast is good. Lots of restaurants around. Location wise this should be the one of the best hotel.

This hotel is located very nice to the entrance to Jiuzhaigou, about 700m away, I still need to walk a bit, though there are some Chinese hotels even nearer, it is ok. There is a McDonald just outside the hotel and a convenient shop and bubble tea shop, so it is very convenient for tourists.
Hotel is clean and tidy, I asked for a king sized bed, but there is no wardrobe to hang clothes. There is a daybed and an adjustable table which allows travellers to do some work in a proper manner. There is also some side table, easy for tourists to put their things. Though there is a slight problem regarding the WFi, when you select the hotel's WiFi, it should open a website for you to enter the password. I don't know why 2 of my handphones doesn't have this website pop out, only my Samsung Note 10 possible, so I think this is due to some compatibility issues.
Overall the experience is good and I will strongly recommend to you.
