Mukwa Lodge

Mukwa Lodge was one of the best experience I have had traveling the world. Firstly, the architecture & the property are a paradise right by the Zambezi river. Each room, the restaurant, the relaxing areas are designed with luxury and comfort in kind. Secondly, the food was exceptional. They have 4 chefs on property mixing different cuisines - the stay also includes breakfast and dinners on river cruises where you can enjoy either sunrise or sunset. Thirdly, what made my experience really unique was the staff. The owners were there and cared about every detail - all staff members become part of the family in 2 days. Last but not list, the owners give back to the local community on so many ways. They employee local staff, support multiple local charities & have used sustainable methods to build and maintain the lodge. By far of my top experiences to date (and I have been on over 30 trips!!!). Congrats team Mukwa. I will be back for sure. Giovanni

We stayed in the lodge for three days in a well appointed villa overlooking the Zambezi river. The place is exceptionally clean and has a well maintained garden and swimming pool. and the staff were amazing and We cannot forget the excellent food that was served. Mukwa lodge promises a totally relax environment and chill we did! The sunset boat trip on the river was fun and the lodge is in an excellent location to visit the Victoria Falls be it by helicopter or a twenty minute car ride. All in all it was a fantastic holiday and would love to go back. Thank you to the Mukwa Team
