Sheraton Hotels in Kobe

Compare with the price, the overall value is good. Because of the recent typhoon conditions, we canceled part of our trip. And decided to extend our stay in this hotel. We call them to change it before we heading to Japan. We found out booking the same room in Trip.com is much cheaper than call in. We highly recommended checking the Trip.com App. first. 👍👍

My husband reserved bouquet and birthday cake. While it costs around 8,000yen in total, the hotel forget to deliver them to our room and even asked us to pick up from the lobby ourselves. It does not worth the money.

Great location and a great stay. The room was very clean. The view from the room was beautiful. The breakfast was very good. The staffs were helpful.

Hotel Okura is very prestigious place with Japanese emperor frequently visited. One of the big conglomerates Pre world war 2. 1 year ago, Japanese emperor had visited Okura Kobe. However, it has been subpar to say the least and overpriced. Cleanliness (Stains in a lot of spots) As you can see from the photo. There were stains at bathtub. When I asked the front, they said it is inevitable due to how long it has been used. Even the washroom inside Okura had stains and dust, which is very concerning considering it’s price point Location (Good for sea views but bad for tourism, walking and traveling) The location for sea view is amazing and it’s near haborland and BeKobe. However, Meriken-Oriental park also offer the same sea view + direct port for ferry with same price point and better cleanliness. The big problem with its location is it is far from everywhere else. Some tourist spots such as Kitano Ijinkan, sanomiya city center, waterfalls and herb garden. The JR is at Shin-Kobe which is around 15min taxi. Walking is pain the ass, as front entrance is only for cars, in order to walk, you need to go through one of the three sub-entrances, which requires you taking elevator or walking stairs The location is not bad but there are hotels with better location such as ANA Crowne Plaza Kobe. Directly under the shinkansen, 5 min walk (one street) from kitano ijikan and one straight line to waterfall and herb garden. The service was also fantastic. Service (Amazing, but can’t really speak English) The only thing going for the hotel with this price point was its service. Everyone was really kind and helpful, very professional. I have seen several times staffs were struggling with English speakers but aside it’s amazing. Amenities. (It got the regular stuff but lacking minor stuff like weight scale, free newspaper etc which gets offered at same price point)

the hotel is good, the price is very cheap, the rooms are big, there are lots of restaurants out there, near the mall near the train, very happy.

Room and bed much larger than expected for a solo traveller like me at such a bargain. Vintage-style design with elements of clock faces seen throughout the hotel. I especially like how they use clock faces and clock arms to represent the floors the elevators are at. Local is convenient, close to the Sannomiya Subway station. The overall experience was great and I would consider booking this again if I had the chance to return to Kobe.

Great stay in a very clean hotel typical of japanese business hotel. Perfect for solo traveller. Everything in room is well thought of. No aircon in winter. But there is window. Bus stop right in front of hotel will bring you to kone sannomiya train station ! Highly recommended.

Stayed a couple of nights in this Hotel on our recent trip to Japan and it was the best of the lot. From the moment you are greeted at reception on the 17th Floor the service you get is excellent at this hotel. The room was a good size and the 3 of us had enough room. It was very clean with a great bathroom and a wonderfully powerful shower. The supplied cotton pyjamas were so good we ended up buying a set to take away. The breakfast was very good, a standard buffet with Japanese items available as well. Plus its the only breakfast I've had where sparkling wine was available. The terrace bar is also based on the 17th floor and has a great view of the city and a good selection of Japanese whiskeys and cocktails. We had dinner one night at the steakhouse which served us with the best Wagyu beef we had in Japan. If we are in Kobe again we will stay in this hotel. The staff were very attentive and always did their best to please us and the quality of the accommodation and the food was excellent.

Written in the resort and title in Sannomiya. It is a hotel that feels like a small 々 large scale. The sale is lounge. You can drink coffee tea for free. Coffee has a nespresso and you can drink latte (the machine of nespresso looks like an espresso machine. But please rest assured that it is a nespresso.) The atmosphere is good. Lighting is also considered to be good in the morning, daytime and night. I didn't ask for breakfast, but it feels good to see and is good for quality. This is a resort feeling. 1,500 yen. This price range also feels like it is aimed at between Vijiho and luxury hotels. Overall good because it is a new hotel. It seems to aim between Vijiho and luxury hotels, and the price range is also aiming at it. It is a strategy aimed at the young man now, and it is cool. The room is not so large. So there is no closet. The suitcase is difficult to spread. However, it may be due to the room, but the toilet and bathroom are separate types. Shower head and temperature are good. Location - There are many delicious shops around. However, it seems that it is a little far from the station... JIM-I don't go. This side is also between Vijiho and luxury hotels. Personally, it is the best if there is a hot water pool, but if you go there, it is a luxury hotel or... I stayed in Rem plus Sannomiya directly connected to Sannomiya station. Both are new hotels, and the price range and strategy are similar, but I personally like this Royal Park. Which is a cool strategy for young people. However, the convenience of the location is definitely better.
