Highly recommended!!!! Very nice location,just 7 minutes walking distance from the nearest beach and 4 minutes from the center. The facilities are great and very cozy apartments with a lovely view. The apartments are modern,new and clean.

Avoid - untrustworthy. We booked an apartment 4 months before our stay. After 3 months, with only weeks left, they cancelled without warning. The excuse was some password issue on the internet. I spoke to others in ksamil and they will have found a more lucrative or longer stay booking so ejected us. They provided a refund but no assistance for a new place and we really struggled to find somewhere similar. This is the service you can expect.

We stayed at summer dreams for one night only however it was a group of 12. The hosts were absolutely amazing even before we arrived, answering all the questions we had about the area as well as crossing to corfu. Flats are very well maintained, look very new and very very clean, and amazing sea view with vary large balcony.

The managers of the facility are not yet ready to welcome and satisfy the needs of customers. We found an apartment with no bedside lamps, just terrible hospital lights in the rooms. When asked to provide us with at least one lamp they reacted with extreme rudeness. These are not pleasant situations on holiday, and in any case we had to pay for the night without staying there.
