It was very very very bad!!!!! Everything was bad, except for the location. It all started with the fact that we arrived at this hotel and the first time the administration did not contact us, we just sat tired from the road with backpacks on the first floor and could not get through to the administration to check us in. After that, they did not give us a quick opportunity to pay for the room and check in! We are citizens of Russia and initially when booking we were warned that on the spot we would have to make a bank payment (bank cards of Russians do not work outside the Russian Federation), I specifically wrote and clarified this issue in advance.
Upon arrival in KL, we spent more than 2 hours on the Touch n go registration. But when we came to check in, they asked us for cash, otherwise the security guard refused to allow us to check in. Thank you very much to the Trip com team!!!! If it were not for your guys, I do not know how many more nerves would have been wasted! In the end, we agreed on payment by bank transfer.
In the end, our check-in took a whole hour! Plus the time spent on Touch n go registration. As a result, we didn't really have time to see the city that day.
They add another 60 MYR to the room price for cleaning the room. But!!!!!! The room was so smelly that it was really a pity to spend the money on cleaning! I don't understand why there was such a bad smell in the room, but it was very unpleasant.
Another unpleasant feature - the deposit for the room will be given to you only 12 hours after check-out!!! Keep this in mind.
