GGuest UserI started to see that the inn was very close, and it also had pick-up and drop-off services, so I gave it a try. It was right next to the Nanyue Temple. The owner and his wife were very welcoming, and the room decoration was exquisite. The experience was very nice. The boss also lent us motorcycles to go for a ride, hahaha, and he was very confident about our driving skills. Before leaving, the landlady thoughtfully prepared breakfast and specialties. GGuest UserThe hotel is nice and clean. Check in was fast, easy and done in friendly way.The owner and his family are very nice. The owner is more than willing to pick you up and send you to the train station. an added bonus as transportation can be slow in coming. It's close to the mountain entrance and temple. About a 10 minute walk to NanYue Temple and across from the temple you can buy tickets to go up the mountain. Very convenient. The hotel also helped us to plan our excursions. Another 10-15 minute walk to NanYue center for some KFC coffee. If you are looking for a quiet place away from the crowds but within walking distance of attractions this is it.

The newly opened homestay has an excellent location. Xiaodu is smart throughout the house, dry and wet separation, toiletries are very good, floor heating and air conditioning are all available, the space is large enough, and it is very comfortable to live in. The incense was arranged properly at his house, and he would not sell high-priced incense. It was all up to your own wishes, which was very good. The boss took us to the temple the next day. All the B&Bs in Miaodong Ancient Street have many green plants. The secret garden on the top floor is particularly beautiful. Jasmine, bougainvillea, and dumplings. Come to a cup of green tea, sit and watch the clouds and mists of Hengshan, very relaxed, the next morning, the clear sky, sitting in the terrace garden can intuitive Hengshan Nantianmen. After booking, I added WeChat. The boss, Mr. Cai, came to the high-speed rail station on time to pick him up and carefully explained the Nanyue landscape, culture and play precautions. The room was clean and tidy, and the whole house was smart and attentive. I chose Hengyang fine rice noodles for breakfast, and the taste was particularly good. After climbing Hengshan, I really didn't want to move. I sent the boss WeChat to order the dishes. After I made it, I called to inform me to go downstairs to eat. It was very convenient. Reluctant to go, it is worth coming again, personally recommend the top floor terrace is especially suitable for about 10 people to build a small group, climb the mountain together, karaoke, barbecue, coffee.

1. Service: (1) The service is better, all kinds of demand base are responsive, there is a souvenir for check-in, and the attitude of the front desk lady is very good. (2) There will really be a lot of mineral water, which is great.
2. Facilities: (1) The facilities are indeed a bit old. The room we live in does not know whether it is under maintenance or what is going on. The smell of the sewer is very heavy. It is very obvious from the outside and the taste is very rushing. (2) Other facilities meet Atour's standards, and there is a simple gym and laundry room on the first floor downstairs.
3. Catering: There are more types of breakfast, and there are more people dining during the National Day, which feels a bit messy. There are freshly cooked noodles, all kinds of dishes and snacks are the standard of the hotel, which will not disappoint or surprise.
4. Transportation: It feels convenient, Hengyang is not big, taxi is very cheap, we feel that it is more convenient to take a taxi throughout the whole journey.
Stayed in Atour for 2 nights, the sewer smell was too heavy to stand. I changed to another hotel for 3 nights later. The price was similar. The experience in all aspects was much better. In the future, Hengyang should not consider living in Atour.
