MM*****We REALLY enjoyed our stay ❤️. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was very well appointed and very clean. The kitchenette in the room was fabulous (oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery) and made our long stay easier in terms of meal prep. The breakfast was del8cious and a good range of food was on offer. We also took advantage of the laundrette and gym facilities.
Overall, highly recommended. Thank you for making our trip more enjoyable ❤️😁

The hotel’s location is very convenient, with easy access to transportation, making it ideal for business or leisure travelers. Overall, it was a highly satisfying experience, and I would definitely recommend it! 😋The English breakfast at this hotel was also quite good, with a nice selection of freshly prepared items. It added a pleasant touch to the stay and made the mornings even more enjoyable. 🚬The smoking area downstairs is also quite elegant, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment. It’s a thoughtful addition for guests, allowing a relaxing space without affecting the hotel’s overall ambiance.

SSAL2004Front Desk services required improvements- Location wise is great, just 1-minute walk away from London Heathrow T2; u can access directly through the same level of the Arrival Hall through the sheltered multi-storey car park. If u can come from London’s metro, walk across the bus lanes but do watch out the direction because limited signs available.
The front desk services sucks, they basically like a bunch of standing brochures repeating the sentences; without even care of what the guests said. They just wanna check in the guests at soonest possible speed.
The room and linens are clean, good for an overnight stay

The staff especially behind the coffee bar, Zahir, Thomas, Kamilla and many of the friendly faces that greet us each morning have made coming here an added bonus. They are always on hand to greet and add their own unique special touches to our days. They are a credit to a hotel that is fairly new yet has established itself as a firm favourite of mine. CChung HeiTo here because of catching the flight after checking out from the uni student hall.
The hotel is close to Terminal 4 of Heathrow Airport and the instructions for going to the hotel are clear, just about 5 minutes from the terminal exit near Heathrow Terminal 4.
Go upstairs via the lift to the level written 'hotel'.
The staff is very nice and they allow me to check in at about 12PM which is normally after 14PM without any charges.
The staff is friendly and willing to solve problems.
The room I got is really nice and see no dust or trash in the room. The bed is nicely tidy and all the devices in the room like tv, clothes iron and its desk, dryer, etc.
The free breakfast included for all guests is not very impressive but fair enough.
It's a buffet and it had bread, beans, bacon, sausage, etc, just a classic all-day breakfast you can get in the UK.
The check out process is simple, just drop the card into the box named Check Out and you can freely leave.

SsonialamsdI enjoyed staying overnight at this hotel as it was close to the airport and my flight arrived too late for me to take a train or coach to Manchester. Initially there were some delays as they couldn’t find my booking, but it was a small misunderstanding as my name is quite long!
The room is spacious and clean, and would recommend for an overnight stay especially if your flight arrives later at night.
I also liked that they provided water in glass bottles!

GGinge5Pro's and con's for this hotel are at the opposite ends of the spectrum.
The gentleman who greeted us at checkout was polite, helpful and happy.
The member of staff who woke us up banging on the next door room at 6am. Not so much.
After what felt like 5 minutes of loud banging outside our door and over 20 knocks at 6am both me and my wife were very much awake. I answered the door to a member of staff who said he was trying to wake the next room. I joked that our room were all awake and he just continued banging as loud as he could on the door. I did let the reception know and they acknowledged that this wasn't normal. The management however dismissed this complaint.
I do think that most long haul flyers value their sleep, but that is the hotels policy apparently.
In the morning we needed to print our COVID test results and the reception staff acted like a McDonald's worker who you have just asked for additional ketchup sachets.
Breakfast however is great, a good spread of hot and cold foods and good coffee too.
The sports lounge is an ideal spot to wait in before you head to the airport to check in too.

GGuest UserActually had stayed at the other Ibis further down the same road, the room was bigger and the alcohol was far more reasonable in price. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with their colleagues than helping me check in, I had left them earlier and just wanted to check in to my room.
Very frustrating having a poster with a pint and a pizza, and then when I asked for it, we are not doing it...
