GGuest UserLove the people at the front desk, they are always so happy and friendly. Check-in took a bit longer than usual but the staff were very apologetic. I stayed in the Urban room at level 12 facing the highway and river. To my surprise it was rather quiet I can’t really hear the traffic. Morning breakfast at level 6 was pretty crowded. The next morning I just went down earlier and it was great. The girls at breakfast were always happy to welcome us… keep it up 👍

Room was great, with a view to the water park, service was good and breakfast had a variety of cuisines.
The only thing which can be improved is the shower - maybe can replace the shower head to a better one with more spray types and add a rain shower as well. But this doesn't take away anything from the overall great experience we had :)
Will definitely visit again!

GGuest UserLocation is very near City Square so that's the only bonus. But traffic is very bad in that area. Pillows were very uncomfortable, either too flat or too high. Pillows also seemed like lumps of cotton, very bad for the neck. And the room is small. Bathroom design also quite bad. The shower glass screen is only half the shower area with no curtain so all the water splash out during shower and toilet floor became so wet. Also bad design to put toiletries rack above toilet bowl. Only stayed one night so still bearable, will not choose this place again if need to stay longer.

JJef AngVery good location, just opposite Bukit Indah Aeon Shopping centre and next to Macdonald's.
But Facilities wise is not ideal.
Gym very small, only got 4 equipments.
Located on ground floor and outside hotel.
Swimming pool also just next to the GYM.
You need to walk out of the lobby, out of the hotel to go to the pool and GYM.
Yet hotel do not provide bathrobe so I don't know how the guest access the facilities.
If rain even worst, no shelter linking the GYM and the lobby.
10th floor supposed to have a Club Lounge and staff told me no longer available...
Food wise is fair.
Some food like pau and hard boiled eggs are cold even tot they are on warmers...
Room wise above average as bed got a bit of light stains and cigar burnt mark.
Toilet glass door silicon already gone.
Face towel not provided.
Got shower gel and shampoo dispenser.

SSwee LianJust beside the shopping mall and Monday night market. A lot of nice food near the hotel. There are 2 towers, tower 1 and tower 2. This time we stayed at tower 2 which has no view, no window even though when we booked it stated city view. Make sure you asked the reception during check in or else will ended with no view, no window. We booked for 3 pax but was given 2 towels. Need to check and informed the counter and the housekeepers would hang the extra 1 set on the door handle.
Overall, the location is great and the food is yummy.

GGuest UserI really nice spacious room, we stayed in 307, which is a one-bed room apartment, please note there are smaller rooms. this is really good if you are staying for a few days, large living room with an induction cooker, toaster, microwave, and fridge. They also included plates and bowls. for cooking equipment and glassware, you will need to contact housekeeping, i stayed only 2 nights so i didn't bother. one big pet peeve was that the dish provided was too big for the microwave, so please heat up your food in the containers before plating them. Both the microwave and fridge worked well, it made ice in around 2 to 3 hours. the shower was great, with constant temperature and good water pressure. the bedroom lacked a TV only the TV was in the living room, so that was a bummer, the room was also a bit noisy as i think there is a family of birds living in the air-con compressor so if you are a light sleeper, you want to give this a miss. The road outside can also get noisy at all hours. The nightlife is interesting, with quite a few bars and restaurants, and lots of motorized scooter rental stores, this does have quite a big issue with me, with alot of teens and kids zooming up and down the harbor at night, it does get dangerous for families with smaller kids. The selling point of this place is its proximity to Legoland, unfortunately, it is a tad hard to get a Grabcar (a rideshare service like Uber) because at the moment the area is not as busy as it was pre-covid. i see families waiting 30mins to an hour to get a car. If you drive, there is an underground carpark (complimentary). The most disappointing was the breakfast, not enough food, and they were unable to cope with the number of people. they struggled to fill coffee pots, juice dispensers, cut fruits, and bread. once something came out, it was gone in minutes. Overall, I would recommend this place for families, just skip the breakfast and make something in the room.

Stayed one night, not a bad choice except it is pretty out of central area (eg KSL, city square). Take about 30mins of car ride to reach from city square.
Hotel is surrounded by many food options. Durian booth nearby start at 6:30pm but we sadly missed it. Also got loklok and char kway teow at evening which is quite good too!
Room is not very sound proof so can hear people walking down corridor at night. Otherwise huge room and cheap for a night stay

Cons - not sound proof, fair bit of noise from traffic at night, yrllow stain on bedsheet, tiny ants on bed, bedside table showing cup stains and sticky, shower head seems spoilt as the water was dripping down instead of spray like and out, making us stand superb close to the wall to be able to get the water, shower handle spoilt; came off while adjusting the water temperatuee, no tissue paper
Overall, small hotel, very basic. Whilst I hv no issues with providing my own tissue paper boxes, shampoo or toothbrush n other stuff, felt that Cleanliness shd not be compromised no matter how.
