The apartment was ridiculous huge and spacious.
Everything was clean and comfortable.
From the point you exit your car/ride, you already feel the hospitality at the top notch.
Nice pool but a little small,
Amazing free mocktails in the evening.
All the staffs were helpful and polite!
Only down side is the unfriendly placement of charging point in the apartment

WWilson MarcusSleeping Lion Suites boasts an excellent location, making it a convenient choice for travelers. The cleanliness of the property is commendable, reflecting a well-maintained and comfortable environment for guests.
However, the biggest drawback is the lift system. During full occupancy, both staff and guests share the same lift, causing long queues stretching from the lift area to the lobby entrance. This can be quite frustrating, especially during peak times.
Additionally, the main lobby is small and lacks sufficient seating or standing space. Guests waiting for rides, such as Grab, often have to squeeze into the crowded lobby alongside those queuing for the lift. This makes the lobby area feel cramped and in need of better design and expansion to improve the overall guest experience.
Despite these challenges, the staff is friendly and efficient, particularly during the check-in and check-out processes, which helps balance the overall experience.
Overall Rating: Pleasant stay with great location and cleanliness, but the lobby and lift arrangements need significant improvement.

NNurnazidaWe arrived at the hotel at 4 pm but unfortunately our room wasn't ready yet. We had to wait around 20 minutes, which was a bit inconvenient, especially since the lobby was always crowded with guests. However, once we got to our room, we were pleased with its cleanliness and the magnificent view from the window which was definitely a highlight of our stay.
The breakfast selection was moderate but acceptable for the price. While it wasn't an extravagant spread, it had enough variety to satisfy most tastes.
One downside is that the hotel doesn't offer room service. However, it's located in a very convenient area, with convenience stores and eateries nearby, so finding food was never an issue.
Overall, it's a good choice for a stay, particularly if you're looking for a clean room with a great view and don't mind waiting a bit or heading out for meals.

MmochignocchiQuite a disappointing stay due to the room cleanliness. We waited around 10 to 15 mins after check-in even though the room was ready, as the receptionist got the housekeeping to check the room again to ensure it's ok, before handing it over to us.
After we entered the room, we saw the toilet bin was not cleared, the previous guests rubbish (McDonald's, bar soap, and other trash that I don't wanna take a second look) were still inside. There's also a missing hair dryer. We told the receptionist on our way out for lunch regarding this. When we're back after an hour, there's trash outside our room, and the removable inner bin was on the floor, which we had to put it back inside the pedal dustbin.
It didn't occur to us to take photos of the dustbin. We only managed to take photos of the rubbish outside our room. As a 5-star hotel, this is rather disappointing to experience these.
However, the buffet breakfast is honestly good, especially the Asian menu. Will i come back again? For the location and breakfast, yes. For the room, I will think again.

MMuhammad Haziq Aiman Abu BakarThis hotel very very very good and nice in my opinion, they got 2 in 1 washing machine and dryer, bathroom spacious and very good in term of everything, they also got small kitchen that I can optionally cook, the refrigerator is huge!
The king bed and pillow very very good that you can sleep very well. Room quite dark because of lack of light but I like it. Its very feels like home.
I not suggesting to have breakfast here because of very minimal choices but mee goreng for me delicious!
Rooftops pool seems nice with the minimal view, you need proper attire according to guideline.

CChe WeaOne of favourite hotel to stay when trip to Kuala Lumpur is Ancasa Hotel & Spa. Room very nice especially if get room view KL Tower and Maybank Building (nice view especially at night).
Almost more 10 trip to KL, will stay here. Staff very helpfull & friendly, f&b very delicious. Hotel area nearest with LRT, MRT, UTC Pudu, Petaling Street and almost just walking if want to eat at nearest kedai makan. The location is great for a night rest before going from KL Sentral to the KLIA airport the next morning.

VVithiaBooked the hotel for the name of the hotel since it is located in the central of KL. Was unappealing with the room booked because it was not clean especially the toilet. The toilet wasn’t equipped with a water shower instead of the old shower head with 2 different temperature. The bed had blood stain as well. The front desk staff was friendly upon check in. The hotel provides free parking for the guest. There are convenience store nearby which is supposed to open 24 hours, yet closed when visited at 7am. Only the Lobby looked new, not the rooms.

MMs EleganceI stayed in a family inter-connecting room, both the rooms are clean, comfy bed. Water heater not functioning good and the only issue I'm not happy is the insufficient sound prove, we cant sleep with the loud music ”boom...bommm..bomm” stayed up to morning.
