MMs. TRAVELLERA jewel in the middle of Pattaya city
Im a frequent traveler , I visit Pattaya like 3 to 4 times per year. Stayed in many hotels in Pattaya but in this hotel it is my first time.
Positive points :
The lobby is superb very well decorated it feels like you are sitting at home in your living room
Check in was quick and efficient
The door boys are super kind & loving more than the reception employees
The building is new and beautiful
The location is excellent , the hotel is facing central festival mall & just a few steps away from the beach, bars, restaurants, and massage shops.
Room’s size, furniture, bed, toilet along with other facilities in the room are all excellent, there is a small corner you have kitchen utensils & washing machine (quite helpful ), even though didn’t use any.
Bed & pillows excellent . Bedsheets and pillow cases clean.
The best part no carpet!

The negative points..
When I arrived I found stains on the bedcover I informed the reception immediately everything was changed
The cleaning is done daily but not to the standard required. I did speak to the girl who does the cleaning unfortunately she was very unpleasant & unprofessional. This to me made a big negative on my eyes. I made it clear to inform them when I checked out.
Towels needs to be replaced as the color is not white any more
Breakfast was horrible, pork, pork and pork . They did add chicken in their menu , when I asked them is the chicken halal they had no answer for me. The pancakes and the croissant are horrible hard and not fresh. All in all , I did approach them and informed them that Im a Muslim please try to keep halal food for us as I will be here for 5 nights. Of course they ignored me and I ended up eating boiled eggs & bread for 5 days.
Upon my departure Small stains were seen on pillow cases as my elastic hairband shaded colour on the pillow cases . I clearly explained to them what was the reason but without understanding my situation, they made it clear that I have to pay. Of course, charged me. I was shocked but never argued paid as per their request.
Upon my departure I hanged my coat in one of their hangers. My intention was not to take it but didn’t want to wear the coat till my taxi arrives, so while I was leaving they approached me like I was a thief who took diamond. I said for God’s sake I don’t want your hanger I just wanted to wear my coat when I leave. That was indeed an unpleasant experience thinking that I would be a thief for a hanger which costs nothing more than 5 baht.
Final word
Overall I loved my stay regardless of all the negative points. Next time in case I book the hotel again I will make sure to book without breakfast.
I wish the management takes care of the cleaning part because the place is so beautiful but with the present standard of cleaning within few years the hotel will look horrible. Otherwise it is a place to be due to its location and the facilities that are available in the room..

GGuest UserAn amazing experience from Day 1. We stayed for 3 nights at this amazing resort in the 2 bedroom sapphire villa and everything was perfect from the spacious and beautiful rooms, super comfy king beds to the wide selection of breakfast spread daily. The only issue we really had was the distance from the resort to the main shopping areas but private transport is readily available in Pattaya so it was a minor one. Families who prefer to just relax in the villa will probably find the serenity of the whole place to be welcoming compared to hustle and bustle of the main streets in Pattaya.

GGuest UserThis was our second visit to this hotel and now with friends in 2-bedroom apartment. Both bedrooms had their own full bahtrooms. All rooms in Beach terrace face west to evening sun and directly to sea. Apartment had 2 balconies (with sunbeds in the other) and we got water several bottles every day although didn'r want cleaning as often. Breakfast was generous and it was great to be able to choose eating outside. The area with all 5 Royal Cliff hotels is just great just outside of the hassle in the center! Lots of well kept green areas with palms, many restaurants and private beach with sunbeds. Pool areas were also great with infinity pools with glass wall (and also partial glass floor). There are many restaurants in the near area also outside the hotels. To the center of Pattaya (walking street/beach) was aroud 20 min walk over the hill. If you should hope for something, that would be more storage space in a room like wall hooks and hangers. Also a drawer would fit in room. All in all, very much worth the money and we will go back when back in Pattaya

GGuest UserIt is a cozy truly dog friendly resort with bungalows. We stayed with two large dogs and felt very welcome. The rooms are simple but clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. The location is good with lots of shops, restaurants and thong to do around.

Rrodreed2014The most terrible experience at this hotel I arrived at privi hotel after booking 24 hours ahead The hotel receptionist was looking stressed and shouting at staff They told me the hotel was full and no room available As I tried to explain and show my booking 2 members of staff turned there back to me as I was speaking to them politly and refused to acknowledge me. More parties arrived looking for a room and things escalated 2 members of staff Started to shout and swear at the top of there voices and then quit there jobs Exclaiming that the manager was crazy I was asked sit and wait for 3 hours at reception After a long wait I was given a room It was a room that was locked off because it needed repairs It was filthy there was 30mm of water in the bath room from leaking toilet The room stank the phone and tv were broke and door would not lock properly I was made to stay in this room for a few nights over new year including new years eve I asked for a refund I would have rather slept on the beach I was told to speak to agoda for a refund They would not let use there phone to call agoda I was moved to a normal room few days later which was also stank of smoke I requested non smoking The hotel didn't even offer an apology never mind any sort of compensation I was appalled This was my single worst hotel experience ever I walked out I was not offered a refund for the days lost

GGuest UserОтвратительный отель ,от слова ”совсем”!!! Мало того, что на всех эппл картах он значится, как ”закрытый навсегда”, он еще и выглядит точно также. Все вывески отеля накрыты тряпками (скрываются что-ли от кого-то). Грязь лежит на полу, стенах, шкафах, полках, тумбах просто вековая. Первый раз в жизни я сама лично прибиралась в номере, потому что было просто противно класть свои вещи в тумбы и шкаф. Хотели съехать с этого отеля, но так как отдыхали в новогодние праздники - просто тупо не было мест в соседних отелях и были вынуждены остаться здесь (мы отдыхали там 24 дня). Понятие о чистоте вообще на прочь отсутствует. Просили много раз прибрать в номере -бесполезно. Есть спортзал - но такой грязный, просили прибраться там три раза - бесполезно. Нас проживало трое человек, весь месяц нам клали всего два полотенца. Много раз говорили что нас трое - бесполезно, забирают три полотенца - возвращают два. Возле отеля все время дежурит свора собак, не особо конечно агрессивные, но они постоянно лежали на креслах и столах возле отеля (хотя на этих местах должны отдыхать гости, а не собаки). Есть бассейн, но в нем торчат провода оголенные, обесточенные конечно, но все равно мало приятного. Завтраки были сытные, но однообразные в течении всего месяца и острые!!!.До пляжа далеко, минут 25-30 ходьбы. Трансфера до пляжа нет. Пытались несколько раз заказать ланч-боксы, так как рано утром уезжали на экскурсию. Говорили на ресепшен - отвечали ”окей, окей”. На утро на ресепшен ни души, соответственно и ланч-боксов тоже. Кухня есть, но на ней не готовят -вся еда приезжает откуда то на драном тук-туке. Хотели разогреть еду - микроволновка есть, но не работает. Хотели попросить нож (нарезать фрукты) - ножа нет. Вообщем ничего нет для более менее комфортного пребывания. Старались в отель приходить только ночевать. Но все та же свора собак часто нам не давала уснуть. Расписания завтраков нет, как проснутся тайцы, тогда и будет завтрак. Как- то пришли около 8.30 - а там конь не валялся -никого нет, еды нет, посуды нет (((. Кто хочет отдохнуть без комфорта, но дешево - то вам сюда, кто более менее жаждет комфорта, то обходите этот отель стороной!!!
