Outstanding
DDarylNice room and location. We were able to get a river view room on the 2nd floor. It also overlooks Parkway, and the Titanic Museum, Hatfield V McCoy, Wonderworks, and Beyond the Lens could be seen not far away. It's a little bit noisy there starting in the morning but we didn't notice any noise during sleep time. The indoor pool was the only one open. It's not really big but it's nice. Breakfast was a hot, buffet-style hotel meal. Waffle maker, scrambled eggs and/or bacon, coffee, hot chocolate, french vanilla hot chocolate (not chocolate of course), various pastries, cereal, OJ, yogurt (with nuts and granola available). What I ate of that was good.
We stayed 3 nights during our Spring Break. The area was extremely busy all the time. Pigeon Forge provides convenient access to Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

GGuest UserWe were pleasantly surprised as to the location of your hotel. The view was breathtaking! Our room was very comfortable. The recliner was in a declining condition but it served a purpose as my husband has to sleep in a recliner. The pool was very inviting and the fireworks on our last night there were so exciting.

Aashleyj834First, let me explain why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. This was a couples trip, not family. However, we have children and I think this hotel should have way more cameras because it’s a family resort. Our car was hit in the parking lot and come to find out, they do not have cameras on their parking lot! They couldn’t help us at all. We went next door to Hillside Winery and the very kind manager on duty told us where to park to have our vehicle covered by their cameras. Parents, just know to keep your little ones close in the parking lot. Other than that, the hotel was worth what we paid, great amenities and great location. Rooms were clean and well stocked. The beds weren’t the most comfortable, but good pillows. All in all, it’s a nice hotel and we would stay here again… just park closer to the winery to be sure I don’t have a nice dent I now have to pay for.

We enjoyed our weekend stay at mountain aire. I chose this place because the reviews were pretty consistent about it's cleanliness. I agree. It was very clean. Smelled clean. The sheets were clean. The staff was pleasant. There was plenty of towels and things we needed. My only complaint is the room we got was a deluxe queen room and I truly don't feel those were queen size beds. Maybe im wrong because im used to sleeping on a king bed. Nevertheless it was a great place to lay our heads after a long day at the waterpark. The pool was nice too. We appreciate the stay!

This was hands down one of the best Choice Hotels we've stayed at and we've stayed in a LOT of these hotels in the last 8 years. The rooms were clean, beds nice and comfortable, pillows just the right softness/hardness, plenty of towels, wash clothes and the complimentary soap actually smelled NICE! But the very BEST part of this stay was dealing with the front end desk auditors. Each and every one of them were friendly, thoughtful, kind, understanding, very polite and competent. They actually cared about each and every guest and went over and beyond. The atmosphere here was relaxing and fun; the outdoor seating area is perfect for morning coffee and watching the sun rise. The breakfast was beyond what you'd normally expect; they have a mother and daughter running the kitchen and there wasn't a single thing we didn't like, from the waffles to the coffee, how clean everything was at ALL times, even during the rush hours - we can't say enough about how wonderful they did and how great the food was. Thank you Vicky, Donna, Diane, Dale and I'm sure I'm missing someone - but thank you to everyone working there; you made our first family vacation in years something fun and special, so much so that we bailed out on Washington D.C. to come back to you for the remaining days and we will certainly come back each time we go to the Smokey's. We've already told several family and friends to stay there and we can't wait to see y'all again!

BBeth VaughnThis hotel looks a little worn. The carpet definitely needs to be replaced, but my room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The room was large. It had a television, iron and ironing board, coffee maker, and a refrigerator. There were complimentary toiletries and the towels were well stocked. There was no noise at all. I slept well and felt safe. The door had double locks. The air conditioning worked well.
Check in was fast and easy and the gentleman working was very friendly. The indoor pool was large and very clean. There was also a fitness room that seemed well equipped.
The free breakfast consisted of waffles, cereal, toast, pastries, and boiled eggs. Not a huge variety but I got full and it was free. The vending machines have a good variety and were well stocked.
I was surprised that there is no hair dryer in the room. I had to run to the store to buy one.
I stayed here on a work trip. I would definitely stay here again. Overall I was very satisfied. The room is extremely no frills with an older feel to it, but I was not there to stay in the room. I was provided a very clean and safe place to sleep, I was treated well, and spoiled a little with a clean, warm indoor pool and free waffles for breakfast. I rested well in a comfortable bed with no noise or distractions. I am a happy customer!

GGuest UserBed were comfy, rooms were clean. They appear to be newly renovated, I like that they didn't have carpet. Staff was very friendly. They don't have breakfast (due to covid) but we knew that upfront. They did have complimentary coffee and juice that was very good! Would definitely stay here again.

LLynnMarie MThe place was clean and fresh and enjoyable too. Will be back in March 2025. Love Days Inn comfortable stay and close to Bucee and food places. There are Days Inn every where in Tennessee . Clean room clean sheets. Friendly staff and breakfast is great too. Coffee great?
