Overall we were pleased. The hotel both in the private rooms as well as public areas was really clean. The breakfast area was clean, spacious and the food was good. The women working in the breakfast area were pleasant. One even handed out candy! The rooms were nice and roomy. The room bathrooms were large as well! The location was close enough to attractions but also not in the middle of all the hub bub. The only real negative was that the front desk staff seemed frazzled by the eclipse and that they ran out of towels. The hotel and parking lot never seemed over crowded but in the 4 days we were there, they never got any more towels.

GGuest UserWe stayed 3 nights at the hotel. The staff were very helpful answering questions and giving directions. The room was very clean large. We had a 1 bedroom which was perfect for us and our 17yr old daughter. The only thing we missed was having someone come get trash and give new linens. Due to covid you put trash and get linens in the morning. The location is perfect for great escape it is a 10 min walk which is perfect so you don't pay parking. Their is a great icecream shop across the street, go carts up the street and restaurants. The trolley gets you at the bottom of driveway. We used the indoor pool and hot tub every night. Great stay

DDee GThis place was so much better then the last place we stayed at. My only problem with it was they advertised indoor heated pool. That was the coldest heated pool I have ever been in! It was almost as cold as the temp was outside. Could not even stay in the pool without freezing. Sad cause that is why I booked this hotel.

GGuest UserThe room stunk from an old musty carpet and the hallway stunk too. Also, there was something sketchy at check in, I paid $174 on my Discover card on Expedia when I booked online. The receipt the motel gave me at the front desk showed $138 paid on a MasterCard (I did not use a MasterCard). I then noticed my Discover card was charged an additional $138, and then credited $138. In the end I paid what I thought I paid, but it was just sketchy how they did the accounting, obviously something was screwed up. Beds and bathroom were clean enough, it’s just there’s nothing they can do about the smell until they tear that old musty carpet out of there and replace it. It was quiet, I had no noise issues. The air-conditioning and the TV worked fine. Breakfast is oranges, cereal bars and packaged muffins with some juice available. If I had to do it again, I would spend an extra $30 -$40 and go somewhere else.
