Points positifs: - bien situé, tout peut se faire à pied , proche métro - chouette déco - lit confortable - bons équipements - Tres propre Points négatifs - Tres bruyant aucune insonorisation (voisins bourrés très bruyants) - matelas du troisième lit très fin et dur (a réserver à éventuellement un jeune enfant sinon mal de dos assure) - store de la lucarne du séjour cassé, réveil matinal avec le soleil Bref rapport qualité prix moyen

Appartement was heel fijn. Heerlijk bed. Zeer goede en vriendelijke service. Zeer schoon. Badkamer is klein maar te doen. Top prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Hele leuke buurt. We hadden appartement 3 c. Dat is de hoogste verdieping. Heeft een schuin plafond dus je kunt niet overal rechtop staan. Zeer rustig gelegen. Het is wel gehorig want als je in bed ligt hoor je alles wat de buurman doet. Vandaag 4 sterren anders was het 5 geweest. Kom zeker terug en raadt het aan. Ik raad je aan te gaan dineren bij Casa macarena dat is op 2 minuten lopen. Reserveren is nodig.

Molto efficiente, gentile e disponibile il personale che gestisce il check-in. L'appartamento pulito e completo di cucina e lavatrice e climatizzatore. L'unica pecca, essendo una mansarda, l'altezza del soffitto. Bisogna fare attenzione a non sbattere la testa con le travi in quasi la tonalità dell'appartamento. Bagno piccolissimo. Terzo piano senza ascensore. Comodo al centro. Fermata della metro a 2 passi

Hemos estado tres personas (dos adultos y nuestro hijo de 16 años) cinco días en el ático y es comodísimo. Está equipado con todo lo necesario. Las toallas de calidad y la cama muy cómoda. La wifi iba perfecta. Está ubicado cerca de plaza España y Sol y a nada de la gran vía. Tiene cerca pequeñas tiendas y restaurantes. El metro también muy cerca. Totalmente recomendable. Lo único malo es que no hay ascensor. El personal tanto de recepción como de limpieza, fantástico. Te dan todas las facilidades. Volveremos
