Stayed at this hotel for 6 days. Hotel location 10 min walk to the haram new extansion. The hill is quite steep so not suitable for whell chair. Also the hotel is quite near to Jarawal bus station. For budget travel during ramadan this hotel is quite ok. No room makeover and ,cleaning for the entire six day.

Service was not good and room had mosquitos. If need somewhere close to stay then it's ok. But expensive for the quality.

The hotel was very bad; they didn't give us the room we reserved. Also, although the check-in time was at 6:00, we arrived at 3:00, and they said the check-in was at 14:00. We had to reluctantly accept to leave our bags. They took 300 riyals from us and used the POS machine contactlessly. They didn't show us the amount they were going to charge. This is completely unfair. They took our money without showing us. When we got to the room, it was the worst and dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. The air conditioner was very old and the dust it emitted gave us upper respiratory infections. We paid 300 riyals for 3 hours (which they secretly charged from us contactlessly) and 250 riyals for 2 days. Even though I pulled the POS machine myself, they didn't show it to me. This is unacceptable. Hopefully, the Haram Mosque will be rid of such practices.

Few Maintanance needed to provide better service. Toilet celing needs to repaint. Lift Maintanance needed. Kitchen area cattle needed. Otherwise okey.
