This time, having attended a concert with my husband, we decided not to drive home for 3 hours and stay overnight in Moscow. Since Moscow at night in winter is very beautiful, we chose a hotel with a panoramic view. The administrator Alena was polite and offered to order dinner, given that we checked in around 11 pm (we didn’t expect to eat so late). She said that we would have breakfast (omelet, salad, toast, pancakes with jam and juice) at 10 o’clock and announced the cost - 15850. We asked to add 2 cappuccinos to breakfast (please note). Soon the administrator brought dinner, but there was no cutlery. A couple of minutes later she brought forks and knives. After eating, it turned out that there was nothing to wipe the table with. Not a single napkin in the room. On the table with a teapot, 2 cups and 2 glasses there were 4 tea bags, but only green. But why? For example, I only drink black. Unfortunately, the weather let us down - there was fog and the beauty of the night was barely visible from above. But the room is beautiful and falling asleep next to the panoramic window is very cool. In the morning at 10, breakfast did not arrive))) it was 12 minutes late, but this is not critical. They brought a tray with one breakfast! and two mini-cups of coffee a la espresso + milk jug. The coffee is dreary, with a weak and burnt taste. And never a cappuccino. We sit and wait for second breakfast. We waited 5 minutes, waited 7 minutes, 10, 15... breakfast got cold, coffee got cold, we decided to call the administrator. It turned out that we weren’t even planned two breakfasts! That is, a room for two, two people checked in (my husband didn’t bring me in a backpack), two coffees were ordered the day before, and one breakfast was ordered for us? We ordered a second one, while we were waiting the first one was completely frozen.
