I recommend no body to stay at this hotel, you can see on the pictures that it didn’t have a tube in the shower the water was coming from the wall, all the bedsheets dirty, I found a hair on them and realized that they never changed the pillowcases, there were bugs also when I arrived to the room. Honestly the worst thing wasn’t the bugs, it was actually how dirty and how disgusting the bedsheets were in addition when I arrived they asked me to pay 1500 I am glad I never paid that price because I got better rooms all around the world in about 10 usd. It has been really the worst hotel we’re I’ve ever stayed

The worst place ever!!! Staff are rude, scam, they don't want to serve a breakfast even you paid, they are knocking at the door of room to check out even minutes before!! Cockroaches everywhere!!! No water in a room one night!! They asked us to wake up early in the morning just to change the room on other floor, because they wanted to give our room to someone else. Wtf?!Charging double as regular price, horrible people!! No human sense at all, no manners, nothing!!!! This place should be closed 🔐 forever! Not good to stay even if it was for free!! We had only stress! People from reception doesn't want to listen if you're complain on something, they just taking phone in hand and pretending to have a call even you're speaking with them directly. No culture, no humanity, no customer care at all! No shame also! terrible place!!! If you have some enemies in your life, send them here!!!

The hotel was extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staff are terrible and front desk guys were worst and indifferent. I went with family and they have no consideration.Rooms are worst quality and there was lot of Insects. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner. I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time. Consider me , dont go with this Hotel in my life.

This was a disgusting place with really rude staff. We asked for 6 rooms. They showed us a room - and then they gave us size filthy rooms which had not been cleaned. One of the rooms still had unflushed toilets with poo in the toilet. We then complained to the staff and asked them to clean the rooms. They cleaned it, but we had to ask many times for them to clean the rooms or fix broken doors. They huffed and puffed the entire time and then had the audacity to ask for a tip because "we made their job difficult." Then we sat in the lobby as a family - where the sofas were there for guests, the hotel staff told us we can't sit in the lobby because it's not for guests to sit in. What's the point of a lobby with sofas and tables and chairs if it's not for guests to sit in? Finally there was no running water in some of the rooms. Or any hot water. I would not recommend this filthy place.
