Hot spring Hotels in New Taipei City

Location is great with excellent view over the fisherman’s wharf. However, the arrival experience was quite awkward as once I got up to the room, there were two housekeeping carts right in front of my room and the room door was opened, this gave me an impression that the room was not ready. Besides, service from the Front Desk lady will need to improve as she gave me quite an awkward attitude upon both arrival and departure.

we booked a hotel on trip. com because we were going to visit Yehliu and the hotel we chose was white house resort mountain view because it was their cheapest room but that room was worth it because it was close to the pool, spa and dinning area... the white house resort is highly recommended for those who want to unwind because it's close to the sea and the ambiance is very relaxing. And also if you stayed overnight they have free Buffet Breakfast for you. Overall the experience we have is awesome and will be back next summer.

There are many recreational facilities Billiards, pool, sauna, hot spring, swimming pool, waterslide The food is also very fresh and delicious The service attitude of the staff is very good The room was very clean and bright The only flaw The swimming pool is a bit dirty, maybe because I entered the pool in the afternoon. There were also a lot of bees and mosquitoes near the hot springs, and the child almost got stung. Some protective measures should be taken to prevent guests from being frightened and slipping in the hot spring area.

We stayed from 7/22 - 25 and in room 1329. The view from the room of the sea was great. Overall service was great. The staff were very efficient and friendly. I have just one issue - Breakfast. The breakfast buffet every morning was the same and that was a let down. We had three breakfasts and everyday it was the same. Maybe look into that as no guest that stays in your hotel wants to eat the same food for breakfast everyday.

I took my children and elders on a trip during the summer vacation. Due to my schedule, I checked in late and checked out early, so it was a pity that I didn't use other facilities in the hotel. With a large number of guests, the bathrooms are separated, and the 2 shower rooms are very convenient without having to wait too long. There is no elevator in the Xunfeng Hall where we stayed, so it would be difficult for elders to go up and down the stairs, and it would be tiring to carry luggage up and down the stairs. The service staff is friendly, the car is large enough for parking, and the meals are acceptable. Overall it feels good.

The room is nice and it takes 15-20 minutes to walk to Wulai Old Street (walk from the road). The air conditioner was broken and they were not moved to a new room. They were only given an electric fan and it was very hot. The breakfast time the next day was changed to 8:30 but there was no advance notice, so it was in vain. Only the soup in the Chinese breakfast is good, but the rest is not good; the Western breakfast is better. There is also no air conditioning. The whole experience is only good in the lobby, which is also quite cool.

My husband and I checked into a room on the 11th floor on April 2nd. On the morning of April 3rd, we experienced a 7.2-magnitude earthquake in Hualien. I just woke up and heard a sound coming from the wall in the bathroom. I never knew that the feeling of an earthquake was so shaking. My whole body shook left and right. Damn, it’s really scary! Fortunately, the hotel building is also strong and no damage was caused. I like that the bathroom is big. Although the hot spring is a beauty hot spring, it doesn't feel very decent. It's great to have two sinks, but maybe because of the design, water often sprays on the body, which is a bit troublesome. The bathtub and toilet are separate. In terms of soundproofing, you can only hear people talking in the isolated room after the earthquake if the next door is louder. In addition, the service staff are also very considerate and helpful. For example, if the hair dryer in the room is broken, they can go to the front desk to provide me with a new one. However, they did not clean the room or remove the trash after staying for four nights. The cleanliness is quite disappointing! After staying here for five days, I didn’t feel too uncomfortable. Instead, I felt relaxed and comfortable. It’s very suitable for a business trip. It's just that there aren't many choices for breakfast, and it's almost unchanged for four days.

This is one of my favorite hot spring resorts. It is absolutely amazing not even its service but also for the stunning view while either having a hot spring or sitting on the balcony. Although the price is a little bit high, it is totally worth celebrating with your beloved one. One thing that I suggest that they consider is the breakfast option. If I am able to choose something I like, it will be wonderful. BTW, If you have a chance to travel there, you may experience yourself with your lover. I am sure that you will have a beautiful memory there. 這是個我喜歡的溫泉之一。這裡真的很棒不但有超好的服務更有美麗的風景不管你在泡溫泉還是在陽台都可以享受這美景。雖然價格有點高，但我覺得非常值得和你的另一半一起享受著放鬆舒適的地方。有一點我不喜歡的事，如果他們可以考慮更多早餐的選擇，那一定會更棒。最後，如果你計畫去這旅行，我非常推薦你可以考慮這間飯店。我相信一定會給你一個很美的回憶。

This is our second time visiting this hotel. The room was aged, with poor sound insulation. Sound from drainage pipe was frequently heard. Hot spring was good but crowded due to the coldest weather. It is good to come in Spring / autumn. But differently not in Winter.

We stayed five nights here. The room was awesome - it was a studio apartment really, with considerate touches like a cubby seat where shoes are kept, equipped with a handlebar for those who need support to get up from a seated position. There's a tatami room with a platform floor where there was space and more for our teenaged daughter. You get a choice of normal water or hotspring in the bathtub. I found the hotspring water so healing. I injured my knee some months ago and it still ******d with pain from time to time. The knee was fine after the hotsping soaks. We had dinner at the restaurant on our first night, having just flown in. The food was great! We were the last patrons. The friendly chef even came out to chat with us! Breakfast is sent in stacks of bento boxes to the room. There's a choice of western or oriental. Whichever the choice, there was too much delicious food. We asked them to reduce the selection by one or two items. Staff were helpful and friendly. One of them saw me struggling to communicate in Chinese and quickly came up to tell me that I can speak in English with her. My daughter wanted to buy a box of their cookies on our last night there but the restaurant was just about to close and they didn't have ready stock. Nonetheless, they prepared our cookies and delivered them to our room within half and hour. The cookies were scrumptious! Do try them! They come packed in an elegant wooden box too. Location-wise, the hotel is near the beautiful Tamsui area. It takes longer to get into the Taipei city area - where the shopping and cultural district is - but it is convenient by LRT. A big thank you to all the lovely staff of this wonderful hotel!!
