My stay at the Quintessia hotel was a mild experience, mainly due to the reception and management of our reservation. Once we arrived, a receptionist, at the reception, took us a bank footprint of € 563, while we were supposed to pay only € 382 for our stay. After requesting explanations, she told us that a sum of €50 per day was added for possible purchases, without being specified before. In addition, it was not mentioned anywhere that this amount would be charged in addition to the €11 taxes announced, which made the situation even more disturbing. As regards breakfast, the same employee, who had already been badly informed about the charges, also gave us incorrect timetables, saying that the service was made between 7:00 and 8:00, while in fact, Breakfast is available from 7h to 10h. Fortunately, another receptionist later gave us the good timetables. As for the room, although the place is quiet and remote, I was disappointed to see a persistent smell of waste in the bathroom, a problem already mentioned in some opinions. The spa is a little high, the spa is really pleasant and relaxing, and the small bar is a real more.
