Pattaya Base Seascape Apartment

Central Pattaya
Condo is in the center of Pattaya, good location for anyone who wants to live in the center. Nearby market and shopping festival. On the 31st floor the pool is good and there is a gym. When settled, 3 rooms changed and there are shortcomings everywhere. In all three rooms there is floor damage, in one button on the washing machine is not present, in another room the door of the shower does not work, in the other room there is no tv and the wallpaper is damaged. I would like to note that the host immediately responds and offers resettlement to another room. The host is grateful for the responsiveness.

Great experience with this property. The property is near to the beach. The rooms are clean n tidy. Unfortunately our son had severe fever and the staff was very helpful in arranging some medicines and Indian food for my kid. Kudos to their hospitality. Mr. Vincent was of great help. Thanks alot to Mr. Vincent and the staff of Nova express.

Levana Pattaya Hotel

The room was well priced, well decorated and a decent size. I found the bed comfortable and the bathroom big enough as well. The rooftop infinity pool and bar were great, not least because I had them to myself for the majority of my stay! The food was good quality with a range of Thai/European/American dishes. Overall, a very nice hotel located just outside where the nightlife is so you won't hear music when you are trying to sleep. However, this is only half the picture. The staff at this hotel treated me more like family than a guest during my stay. They are the kindest hosts I have ever encountered out of any hotel I have stayed at - with a special mention for Aunty Mod who was always sweet and helpful and really pleasant to talk to. I will be sad to leave in a couple of days and have told them as much, but I will return.

I stayed in M Place in March 19 period as 5 nites. Owner is very helpfull to its guests. Gives all tarif around Pattaya. Hotel location is very conveniet and east to go back to pattaya beach area.Rooms are large and confortable as payment level and its rate. Bathrooms are clean and normal standards. Nova Park Hotel Pattaya

I traveled to Thailand to check out Pattaya, Phuket, and Bangkok so I stayed in various places. Out of all the places I stayed, Nova Park was by far the best of them all. I loved how huge the rooms were and how you could open up the slider and windows and get fresh air in. The staff, everyone from the cleaning ladies to the front desk, were always super kind and friendly. The breakfast served daily was amazing too. The location was great and I could easily walk to a ton of great spots nearby. The place shows its' age in some ways but overall, I felt the value was unbeatable. I liked the place so much I'm rebooking here again for my next trip in a few months.
