We had visited cafe elba last week and stayed for two nights. Our stay at elba was a delightful experience. From check-in to check-out, every aspect of the stay was memorable. Sachin who looks after the guests was very courteous, hospitable, and went the extra mile to ensure that we had a comfortable and relaxed stay. The deluxe tent was quite spacious, well-maintained and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The attached washroom was absolutely clean and looked new. The resort's facilities were impressive, boasting a range of flora that would certainly interest people with a green thumb. The massive swimming tub was also clean and very well maintained. The food at the restaurant was delicious and varied, with a vast array of options to choose from, especially sea cuisine. The staff (sachin and the cook) were attentive and friendly, making our daughter feel pampered. Very impressed with the attention to detail observed here. We also met up with the owner, sumit who kept us engrossed with his future plans for the cafe and also suggested must-visit places nearby, since he is quite familiar with the place. Overall, my wife, daughter and i had a lovely stay at cafe elba and i would undoubtedly return / recommend it to anyone looking for a quick getaway from mumbai.

Good Hotel at a very convenient location. Room is very, spacious and clean. Food, especially breakfast is excellent and the staff courteous. Food spread is very nice ***** with premium dishes. One of the staff Abhishek was very kind and considerate as well. Would recommend the stay here.

I visited the tanish residency as an american traveler visiting the area for my first time, the staff was friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. The wifi in the rooms is functional but not super fast and the amenities were suitable for a business trip of my time. I would visit and reccomend this hotel again in the future. Thank you!

we have stayed in this resort last month. The river view is illusion, we never saw it though we have booked river facing room It does not have similar look of river facing as shown in website. Hotel premises is nice. greenery was very good, Staff is not professional but the manager is co operative .On our request, he arranged one local person to guide the roads for sight seeing . Food options were very limited and no local food options listed. who eats panjabi food in kokan? Room was very congested. poor amenities , breakfast ok. They have charged more than what they are providing amenities

We planned two families to travel and booked deluxe family room for a day and one day deluxe room, by seeing closely you will understand the property is not new its renovated but works for you in terms of staying together that's a big plus plus. By seeing over Map it looks like its right on the beach but its few things in between so u will not be able to see sea from your room but its 3-4 minute walk only. Few things wasn't top of the chart whether its pillow cover, missing toilatieres or missing cap in bathroom but the staff is cooperative and trying to facilitiate. Now service i was very impressed when i initially booked because that person accomodate all the need for the trip while booking but front staff has no clue whether payment done or not and even the partial payment i have cleared in night, in morning while checkout got a question again to pay that amount, That is frustating when your website managing from backend and invoice already cleared you are still believing to verify manually with some one. That can be improved and if you lizard fan then u might meet few here, I am not.. Anyway we enjoyed the whole stay and there is no perfect property where u will not see issue but i am sure they will correct soon.

Below average food quality, only have food at this property if you are about to pass off because of hunger. Poor bathroom fittings, room phone buttons don't work, ac remote doesn't work, dangerously slippery room floor if wet, towels having holes in it. Breakfast options are only missal pao or poha, had to request specially for bread toasts. Approach road is full of mud-puddles and water logging, no sign board anywhere except for the property, had difficulties in locating the property. Only advantage of this property is its proximity to nagaon beach, and well managed pool, although small.
