super nice location in centre of Rotterdam reminder : not everyday cleaning house ! my room and toilet light is not on ,but i stay 7days 6nights ,no one come to fix it ! and if u want to parking car ,is so terrible,don't park in this hotel, stupid and old school function, u have to call receptionist to open the lift , then u park inside ! but the lift is always out of services , sometimes cannot open ,sometimes cannot close ! almost every time waste 30mins for parking !

Great to have an apartment experience at lower than hotel prices. It doesn't get cleaned every day, but not a problem if you are used to tidying up after yourself. Location is in the heart of the city - shopping, conference centre, restos and bars are all within walking distance. I would def choose again.

Great location, cleanliness, view and interior. The kitchen is pretty well equipped. The only minus was that the pillows aren’t really comfy, otherwise a perfect place. Gonna stay again 100%

It was nice to have Albert Hein nearby as a residence type, so it was good to cook. The location was also good. A refrigerator, dishes, dishwasher, induction, and sink are provided. Please note that there is a separate schedule for room cleaning and towels, etc. for stays exceeding 3 nights, once a day. It was a satisfactory stay as there was a sofa, bed, and kitchen.

It is within walking distance of Rotterdam Central Station and is located right in the middle of the downtown area, so it is very convenient in many ways. As it is a residence, the room facilities are spacious and open, with a kitchen, living room, and bed. Although the temperature was below zero, the floor heating made it warm. The espresso machine was also a great point that allowed us to spend our time as usual! I didn't cook, so I don't know how to use the stove, but it seems that most of the necessary items are available, and there is also a dishwasher. It was also quietly nice that there was an iron and a sufficient number of hangers! I was bothered by the voices of people talking in the hallway, and the sound of music and TV coming from the rooms on the same floor, and I was sometimes surprised by the loud voices of excited couples that I could hear from the hallway side, both day and night, which was probably just by chance... Overall, I would say it was good.

Apartment hotel, very well equipped. The location is very convenient. The only drawback is that the ventilation equipment in the toilet is not efficient, causing a lot of humidity. The elevator for parking cars is very, very good, so you have to be very careful not to get there.
