Rueil-Malmaison Hotels with Wi-Fi

The breakfast is very good, very quiet in the countryside, the surrounding is desolate, free to park, there is a hotel that is very comfortable with the car, the service staff is very polite, enjoy the five-star hotel, more than the hotel in Paris

The location is not the best but it suited me in terms of purpose of my visit to Paris. Easy walking distance from Nanterre Ville RER Station. Hotel is spotless, room very comfortable. Vending machines in lobby with selection of confectionery, hot and cold soft drinks. Also ability to order various types of fast food locally and have it delivered to your room. Only minor issue was I found the shower floor quite slippy. Check in is 2pm. No option of early check in even if room might be ready. There's no bar to pass the time in if you arrive early so I'd suggest trying to arrive as close to 2pm as possible. They have chargeable secure off road parking facilities if you are travelling by car.

Very good, comfortable and quiet room with large TV, staff is friendly, everything is clean. Nothing to reiterate. I didn't try breakfast. The city centre (very beautiful) is not far. There is also a parking that I didn't try because I found a place (pay) just in front of the hotel.

I am coming here for business several times per year and I like this place. The hotel is modern and clean. The staff is competent and the rooms are spacious and quiet. The breakfast is also very nice and it's close to RER. The bar is great to have a chat with colleagues after work.

Nice little hotel in a convenient location for visiting Paris . On street parking for free at weekends otherwise 15 Euros for 24 hours in their underground car park. The reason why we chose to stay here was because it was much cheaper than a hotel with parking in central Paris . You then have to add back the time and monetary cost of commuting in and out of the centre of Paris from here . I think it was worth it but it was quite tiring wandering around Paris all day and then coming back to the hotel. With the walk to the station from the hotel assume about 35-40 minutes to get to a central location. Once you’re back in the hotel you’re not going to go back to central Paris so if you go back early because you are tired that’s it for the day whereas if you had a central room you could go back out in the evening after a rest . You wouldn’t choose to stay here as a tourist but for the savings. On one evening we drove to the centre of Rueil Malmaison for a meal- it was a pleasant low key alternative to dining in central Paris. It’s a 10-12 minute walk to the RER A station from the hotel . Just down the street and under a railway bridge. You get the train there and can change on to the metro system Once you are on the RER you can interconnect on the metro usually changing at Charles de Gaulle. It costs about 30 Euros return to go to the centre of Paris and back. But you can get 2,3 , 4 day passes that reduce this significantly and include journeys on the metro and buses once you’re in the centre . The hotel is close to a very busy dual carriageway which makes it easy to reach when you arrive in Paris by car. With you room window open you can hear the traffic noise but it didn’t bother us. The road the hotel is in is lined on both sides by fairly tall modern but well kept apartment and office blocks . At weekends it is very quiet , feels a bit like an empty office district. Not a bad thing , a bit sterile but it felt like you had escaped to a peaceful place. The whole area is quite commercial, with offices around, so the hotel caters to business people and tourists alike, The hotel staff are friendly. There was a warm welcome. The lobby doubles as a breakfast area and is funky and stylish. Nice ambience . The reception staff run a little bar there . Breakfast itself was a nice little buffet. A good spread of things - one personal suggestion for improvement would be please provide some little pots of fruit compotes , which we don’t get in the UK! But it was nice anyway and French. The family room was a fair size , not massive, not small, divided at night by a pull across curtain with twin beds for the kids and a double bed for the grown ups with a bathroom off it. There was a sizeable television on a sort of stand which could be rotated and put on either side of the curtain so kids or adults could watch it. The room and hotel were very clean. Very rude receptionist, upon check out I wanted to ask for a paper invoice to provide to my boss that day for our expense reimbursement policy. This is a completely normal exercise for any other hotel chain I've used in the Rueil-Malmaison area. I've never had an issue to get a paper invoice and I could see that the office had a giant printer. The woman working that morning was very annoyed I even asked and she made a face because I motioned for her to come out of the office because I had a question. There was no one else around at first so it's not as though I was interrupting another guest. She was extremely rude to myself and eventually another guest who appeared after me, also asking for the same simple request for a printed invoice. Technically this should be provided at the point of sale when my card was charged the night before. I have never been spoken to in that manner by a hotel staff member, especially for something that any other hotel provides without question. I will tell my colleagues to avoid this hotel if this is the service they will face. I would like to be contacted to address this situation as the woman at the desk that morning was rude to both of us without cause and I am sure she is damaging your hotel's reputation towards clients, especially business clients since we need the receipts for our company reimbursement.

I was looking forward to staying here and as we arrived I thought what a lovely place. We were welcomed at the hotel by a charming receptionist and shown to our bedroom. To begin with it appeared ok, but the toilet seat was broken and the toilet would not stop running water,. We did report this but it could not be repaired. The furnishings, apart from the curtains and bed, were very poor quality, tatty and ”well used”. The coffee machine was a complete failure, all it would do would flood everywhere so we gave up on that. A box of tissues in the bathroom with one tissue in it , A leaky plug in the sink etc., etc. This is a four star hotel and this was more like a two star. Anyway, we decided to have a swim and were so disappointed that we would have to book in advance and it would cost 45 euros each for one hour. WHAT!!!!!!!! 90 euros for the two of us????????? Needless to say we did not do that. The Saturday was very wet and we decided to have a snack in the lounge. Well, another disappointment that was closed and we were told that they open on all the other days but close Saturday lunchtime. This hotel needs a wakeup call!!! You are in Paris, Saturday when there are tourists and you close your bar. The dinner was very nice, the breakfast could have been great if they had remembered to put milk in the coffee machine. After pointing out there was no milk when it arrived we got a coffee. YUK, so strong could not drink it, in fact I decided that they had allowed that to happen so you would not have a coffee for breakfast, This was the same for the two days that we were there. It could be a five star hotel but they have to improve on the basic needs of their customers, or are they not bothered???

We have booked this hotel for six nights from Jun 24 , 2012. The room very calm but near the centre of Rueil and transportation to Paris. The location is particularly charming and pleasant:and surrounded by very good restaurants in the atmosphere perfect for a romantic dinner or a lunch in family/friends. Good value for money, pleasant staff, clean and located facilities at 15 min from the train station.I recommend it since with such high prices of hotels in Paris, it fits the budget of many travelers. Free & fast wifi with code is added advantage of this hotel.

We reserved through *********** and we wanted to see the room before paying. We got asked to pay at reception and the payment declined, so we tried 2 separate cards. The receptionist tried to charge the card multiple times saying it’s declined but we only managed to pay for 2 nights and to try again later. When we went to try again they said we fully paid for the stay but we didn’t understand how this happened. When we checked out bank accounts we were in disbelief one card was charged around 600€ and the second cards payments of 800£ were pending (frozen) by the bank. This meant 1,4 thousand was gone from both cards. When we tried to figure this out and sent them proof of these payments no one understood how much money in total we lost/had frozen. The staff kept saying ‘the day before we leave everything will be sorted out’ but it didn’t and that ‘the manager will come at 9am until 10pm’ the manager never came and on our last day we said we will call the police because we don’t know if this will get solved by the management. We had a really bad experience from day one all of our money got charged/frozen and the whole holiday we had money problems and couldn’t enjoy France as much as we planned. We made phone calls every morning to resolve this and in the airport the kids had a mental breakdown from the stress. Disneyland, Eiffel Tower and museums are some of the places we couldn’t visit due to this. We had 2€ left in one of the cards 2.
