Sonia and Valerio are excellent hosts of this charming little hotel. Together with their dog, cats and house tortoise, these former travelers have built themselves a nice place near Santa Marta, ideal for some quiet time. We arrived after dark by taxi (we asked the owners to arrange a pickup from the airport) and we had the best Italian pizza made by Valerio (Italian chef). Don't be alarmed by the dirt road which leads to the place. We felt a bit lost, but the taxi driver Miguel, chosen by the owners, was very kind and professional. It took only 15 mins from the airport to Casa Mediterranea. The room was superclean and breakfast very good. Thank you Sonia and Valerio, for your kind hospitality!
